Add the sautéed mushrooms, peeled and diced pumpkin pulp, and potatoes to a saucepan. Add two glasses of water and bring to a boil. Add pepper and salt, cook for half an hour, until vegetables are cooked. After the finished soup, pass through a blender so that it gets a puree consistency. Return the soup to the saucepan, add the cream and heat it for another couple of minutes.

Vegetable puree soup

Ingredients:

  • 1.2 kilograms of pumpkin pulp;
  • Bulb;
  • Four potatoes;
  • Two carrots;
  • A piece of butter;
  • Two bouillon cubes;
  • 150 milliliters of sour cream;
  • Three glasses of water;
  • Pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the pumpkin, carrots and potatoes into large cubes. Fry the onion with butter until soft.
