  Hello dear readers. So the harvest is over. We have already passed the first frosts and we are already starting to think how now we will provide ourselves with vitamins.

And today I will show and tell how I made a vitamin salad for myself with radish and carrots with sour cream. My children did not want to eat such a salad; it was not with mayonnaise but with sour cream. Yes, and they are used to lately not to eat salads, but all separately.

For the salad, I took one carrot and one medium black radish. And the first thing to do is rub on a grater.

I rubbed the black radish on a coarse grater, and so that the radish in the salad would not be bitter, I poured water on it for 5 minutes. Plain water, you can even soak less time. Water will remove the bitterness from our black radish and the salad will not be bitter.

So I thought, what if in a salad with radish and carrots add sweet pepper. I chopped bell peppers.

I like salads that I don’t have to bother with for a long time and at the same time they turn out to be very tasty, as they say: “you will lick your fingers”. Such is the salad of radish with eggs, carrots and thick homemade mayonnaise.

All the ingredients in the salad will need to be grated. The only product that this “fate” does not affect in the recipe is quail eggs (my household loves when the “little sun” (yolk) flaunts noticeably on a plate, although you can also rub it if you wish).

  • quail eggs - 5pcs;
  • hard cheese (maasdam) - 70g .;
  • carrot - 1 pc;

    • sunflower oil - 140ml;
    • salt - ½ tsp;
    • sugar - ½ tsp;

      Products that you will need to make a salad of radish and eggs with homemade mayonnaise.

      Also, grate carrots on a coarse grater and add to the bowl with radish.

      Cook quail eggs for 5 minutes (be sure to slightly add salt), cool under cold water, cut in half and add to the salad.

    Delicious daikon radish appetizer

    Ingredients: 2 - 3 onion heads, 1 pc. daikon, large fresh cucumber, 2 - 3 sweet Bulgarian peppers of different colors, 320 g ham, 4 tbsp. l 5 percent vinegar, 2 mal. l sweet mustard, 8 tbsp. l olive oil, salt, dried dill.

    1. Daikon is cut into thin strips. Then it is sprinkled with salt, mixes well and left for 17 - 20 minutes. Then the radish is wrung out by hands, the allocated juice merges.
    2. The onion is cut into the thinnest half rings. He also rubbed his hands slightly with salt. You can use not only white but also purple variety.
    3. The remaining vegetables are cut into thin long strips. Ham is minced according to the same principle. The amount of meat can be increased to your liking.
    4. All the ingredients of a future snack are combined.
    5. The dish is poured with dressing made of oil, vinegar and mustard.
    6. Salt and dried dill are added.

    Salad "Bishop"

    Ingredients: large radish, 110 g of fresh mushrooms, 3 medium carrots, the same amount of onion turnips, a pound of chicken, a package of low-fat mayonnaise, salt, 5 large boiled eggs.

    1. The radish is cleaned, washed, rubbed coarsely, sprinkled with a pinch of salt and cleaned in coolness while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.     6. It remains to connect all the components and flavor them with dressing.

    Before serving, the appetizer will be insisted for a couple of hours in the cool.

    Spicy and salty appetizer from Kaktugi radish

    Ingredients: 2 pcs. daikon, 4 large tablespoons of coarsely ground red pepper (flakes), 2 large tablespoons of granulated garlic, coarse salt and grated fresh ginger, 1 large spoonful of dry salted anchovies, light sesame and prepared fish sauce.

    1. The first step is preparing a traditional Korean spicy dressing. For her, red coarse pepper is steamed with hot water. At this stage, in no case should you use boiling water. In the bowl should be a mass of consistency like thick sour cream.
    2. Dry garlic and crushed dry anchovies are poured out to pepper, ready-made fish sauce is added.
    3. All ingredients are very well mixed and left in a glass jar under the lid for 24 hours.
