We open the sprats and send them to a small salad bowl. I wash two types of cucumbers well (salted and fresh). We clean the head of the blue onion and rinse it under running water.


We separate the whites from the boiled eggs from the yolks. Rub the latter together with potatoes on a coarse grater.


On a cutting board, finely chop the blue onion for our salad with sprats and sprinkle it around the entire perimeter with a little vinegar. If desired, the latter can not be used, but pour hot water over the vegetable to remove its bitterness.


Cut fresh and pickled cucumber into small cubes on a hard surface.
