Honey Bird

To prepare the dish you will need: 100 g of honey, 1 egg, 50 g of powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp soda, a little lemon juice, 160 g of flour.

Beat honey with egg and sugar, add vegetable oil, soda, dissolved in lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly, pour in flour and knead uncooked dough. We cover the dough with a napkin and let it stand for an hour. We roll out a layer 1 cm thick and cut various figures with special recesses. Grind egg yolks with sugar, add liquid honey, nuts, raisins. Pour flour, soda (it must first be extinguished with 1 tablespoon of vinegar). Mix thoroughly, inject the beaten egg whites separately, mix gently and put the resulting mass on a small baking sheet or pan greased with oil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180-190 degrees 25-30 minutes. Cut the finished product hot into pieces. Top it can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
