Step 4: prepare the carrots.


We peel the carrots from the peel with a vegetable cutter and then thoroughly rinse them under running warm water. Next, we spread the vegetables on a cutting board and, using a coarse grater, rub them to the state of shavings. Pour the chopped ingredients into a clean plate.

Step 5: prepare the mushrooms.


We wash the champignons well under running warm water and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, if necessary, we clean the mushrooms from coarse spots on the caps and legs (especially the cut site). Next, grind the components into pieces and transfer them to a free medium bowl.

Step 6: prepare the garlic.


Put the garlic on a cutting board and press down slightly with a knife. Then, with clean hands, peel the cloves from the husks and rinse them under running warm water.

Shaking off excess liquid, put the component back on a flat surface and now finely chop it with improvised inventory. Pour the chopped garlic into a clean saucer.

Step 7: prepare the parsley.


We wash the parsley under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the herbs and immediately pour them into a free saucer. Attention: if you are not very fond of such a component in various dishes, then you can not add it here either. Of course, the taste will change slightly from this, but not critical.

Step 8: prepare the hard cheese.


Using a coarse grater, grate the hard cheese directly on the cutting board. At the end, pour the shavings into a free plate and proceed to preparing the dish itself.

Step 9: cook mushrooms, potatoes and meat in pots.


Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the fat is well heated, carefully put the pieces of pork in a container. Fry the meat on all sides until half cooked. Then, using a wooden spatula, move the component back into the bowl, trying to do this so that most of the oil remains in the pan.

We do not turn off the hotplate, but continue to prepare the components of the dish. Now we put the chopped mushrooms in a pan and also fry them until a delicate golden crust. In the same way as for meat, transfer the mushrooms back to the bowl.

Next, fry the potatoes in a container. Attention: at the same time, we can slightly increase the fire and add a little more vegetable oil. Do not forget to stir the components from time to time with the improvised inventory so that they cook evenly. When the potato strips are covered with a light golden crust, return them to a medium bowl.

At the end, pour finely chopped onions and carrot shavings into the pan. Stirring with a wooden spatula from time to time, fry the vegetables until soft. At this stage, turn off the burner and move on to the second.

Put pieces of fried pork on the bottom of ceramic or clay pots. Do not forget to add a little salt and pepper to the meat. Then sprinkle everything with fried vegetables and finely chopped garlic. The third layer will be potatoes. We try to put it neatly in pots so that there is still free space. Sprinkle the chopped parsley on the straws (optional) and lightly salt. Now we put the fried mushrooms here, one teaspoon of butter each and fill in everything 1/3 to 1/2 cup broth(clean water will also work, but I like the first option more). At the end, pour the ingredients with a little mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.
We turn on the oven and heat it up to temperature 180-190 degrees... Immediately after that, put the pots on a wire rack or baking sheet and bake the dish for 40 minutes... By the end of the allotted time, a golden cheese crust is formed in each container. It should be so. Immediately after this, we turn off the oven, and with the help of kitchen potholders we take out the pots from there and set them aside. We cover them with lids and let them stand for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 10: Serve mushrooms, potatoes and meat in pots.


This dish can be served to the dinner or festive table right in the pots. So it stays hot and tasty for much longer. By the way, mushrooms with potatoes and meat turn out to be quite satisfying, so you can easily treat your friends and family with them as a main course, eating only slices of white bread and drinking red dry wine.
