  • 1 egg;
  • skimmed milk powder (SOM) - 2 tablespoons;
  • vanillin (not vanilla sugar) - to taste.

For coffee:

  • coffee (instant or natural) - 2-3 tsp;
  • 1 tbsp. boiling water;
  • sugar substitute to taste.

For the cream:

  • 250 g of yogurt with 0% fat;
  • 3 eggs;
  • sahzam to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. First you need to make cookies. To do this, mix all the ingredients in a separate bowl.
  2. Then pour the resulting mixture into a glass or silicone mold and put in the microwave. Cooking time depends on the microwave power and averages 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare sweet coffee. Remove the resulting cake from the microwave and cut into small pieces, each of which is dipped in coffee.
  4. Prepare the cream: separate the yolks from the whites, beat the last with a mixer until stable peaks.
  5. Mix the yolks with yogurt and sweetener, add the whites to the yolks and mix gently.
  6. Put a layer of cream in a bowl, then pieces of cookies and again cream on top. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. During this time, the cookies will soak and become tender and juicy.

Feature! If you are in the Alternating phase, you can sprinkle the dessert with defatted cocoa for a brighter taste.

With bran and gelatin

This dessert can be prepared from the third stage of the Ducan diet. The cooking time takes about an hour, but it's worth it. Low-calorie tiramisu according to this recipe will appeal to all family members and will look no less appetizing than in the photo above.

For the cake:

  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • oat bran (ground into flour) - 2 tablespoons;
  • corn starch and wheat bran 1 tablespoon each;
  • milk 0.5% - 75 ml;
  • SOM - 1 tbsp;
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • cocoa without special stages - 0.5 tsp;
  • sweetener to taste.

You also need to prepare a cup of strong coffee (instant or natural), sweetened with a sweetener, in advance.

How to cook:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Using a mixer, beat the whites into a stable foam.
  2. Mix the yolks thoroughly with all the other ingredients.
  3. Add whites to the yolks and mix gently so that the whites do not settle.
  4. Pour into two tins and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The baking time is about 15 minutes.
  5. Cool the cakes. One of them needs to be cut into strips, approximately 1.5x6.5 cm.
  6. Soak the strips in sweet coffee.

For soufflé:

  • low-fat soft cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • gelatin or agar-agar - 15 g;
  • egg whites - 3 pcs.;
  • milk 0.5% - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • sweetener, vanillin and leftover coffee cakes.

For the preparation of soufflé, it is vanillin that is used, not vanilla sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Pour gelatin with milk and heat over low heat until completely dissolved.
  2. Mix the resulting mass with cottage cheese and coffee.
  3. Add vanillin and sahzam.
  4. Beat the egg whites with a mixer or whisk until firm peaks.
  5. Gently mix both masses so that the proteins do not settle.

Now it remains to collect the dessert:

  1. Prepare the form.
  2. Pour half of the soufflé into it, spread the strips dipped in coffee on top.
  3. Put the other half of the soufflé on the strips and cover with the whole cake.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. During this time, the tiramisu is well saturated. Turn the mold over before serving and the cake will easily come out of it. You can decorate the dessert with fat-free cocoa and a sprig of mint.

From Savoyardi for Alternation

Savoyardi - biscuit sticks, a recipe for which was developed specifically for the Ducan diet. They prepare, like tiramisu itself, simply. The taste is tender, the dessert is completely saturated with coffee and cream. There is only one drawback in such sweetness - it is eaten very quickly!


Required ingredients for Savoyardi:

  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 30 g gluten;
  • 20 g corn starch;
  • sahzam (not liquid) and vanillin to taste;
  • citric acid - ¼ tsp;
  • salt to taste;
  • soda ⅓ tsp

How to cook:

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  2. Add salt, citric acid and sahzam to the proteins. Whisk until a steady peak.
  3. Mix the yolks with a mixer with baking soda, vanilla and starch.
  4. Add whites to the yolks and knead gently with a spoon so that the whites do not settle.
  5. Transfer the resulting dough into a pastry bag or plastic bag. In the bag, you need to cut off the corner so that you get a hole with a diameter of about 1.5 cm.
  6. Squeeze the sticks onto a lined baking sheet. The length of the sticks is not critical.
  7. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  8. Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Chill the finished cookies.

For the cream:

  • milk 0.5% or completely skimmed - 1 tbsp.;
  • dietary mascarpone - 250 g;
  • food flavoring "Tiramisu" - 2-4 drops;
  • corn starch - 20 g.

How to cook:

  1. Mix milk in a saucepan with sweetener and starch.
  2. Put a saucepan over low heat and heat until thickened, stirring constantly. In consistency, the mass will resemble fatty sour cream.
  3. Remove pan from heat, add mascarpone and whisk by hand.
  4. Add flavor and stir again. The mass should be homogeneous.

For impregnation:

  • 3-4 tsp natural coffee;
  • 200 g of water;
  • sahzam to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Brew coffee in the usual way.
  2. Refrigerate.
  3. Strain the thick with gauze or sieve.

Feature! Instead of natural coffee, you can take instant coffee. The taste will not be greatly affected by this.

Also, to sprinkle dietary tiramisu, you will need no-fat non-fat cocoa.

All ingredients are prepared, you can start assembling:

  1. Soak Savoyardi in coffee. Cookies do not fall apart when wet, so the degree of impregnation is adjusted based on your own preferences.

  3. You need to beat the whites thoroughly, perhaps using a blender or mixer. Next, whisk the yolks, adding the sweetener to them. Then add the starch and mix well. You should have a thick mass.
  4. Gently pour the proteins into the resulting mass. Mix everything well. The tiramisu dough is ready.
  5. Now you need to prepare the cake pan. Distribute the dough evenly. And we send it to the oven preheated at 180 degrees. The preparation time for the cake will be 10-15 minutes.
  6. We take out the finished cake and cut it in parts.
  7. The next step is to prepare the cream. First you need to prepare the lemon zest. To do this, on the finest grater, rub the peel from the lemon. Then we prepare the curd. In order to prepare a curd dessert, you need to prepare granular or dry curd.

  • 2 tbsp. l. starch;
  • 3 eggs (separate the whites from the yolks);
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa;
  • 1/4 cup milk

For impregnation:

  • 1/4 Art. water with coffee;
  • sweetener to taste;
  • vanillin.

For the cream:

  • 200 g cream cheese;
  • 4 tbsp. l. sweetener;
  • 1/4 Art. water with coffee,

So, let's start preparing "cookies", which will be cakes for dessert:

  1. First, you need to mix all the dry ingredients for the crust. Then add cheese and milk, mix the mixture thoroughly.
  2. Mix the proteins to make a foam and add to the dough. We mix everything. We put your cake in the oven, which should be preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Next, you need to let the cakes cool and divide into three parts.
  4. To make the impregnation, you need to mix all the ingredients. Then we prepare the cream.
  5. We take gelatin and soak in cool water, then pour in boiling coffee. We mix everything well. Add cheese and sweetener to the mass.
  6. When everything is ready, you can create a tiramisu cake. You need to soak each cake with impregnation and spread: a layer of cake, a layer of cream. Decorate with cocoa if desired. We wait until the cake is soaked and you can eat.

Mix 250 g of milk with starch and sweetener.
