Sift 2/3 of the flour from the total mass and knead (gradually adding the remaining flour) a very soft, sticky dough. Do not hammer the dough with flour, the pies will turn out to be tough, rubbery.

It is better in the future, when sculpting pies, use more flour for dusting.

Knead the dough for 10 - 15 minutes (this time is necessary for the flour gluten to start working), thoroughly until it comes off your hands.
