The washed liver (200 g) must be cleaned of all excess and let it dry a little. With the liver (200 g), we will do as I described at the beginning. And we will coarsely chop half a large onion (I had a Crimean one, it is sweet and tasty), half a bell pepper and a couple of tomatoes. You will need two pans, or a frying pan and a saucepan. We need to fry the chicken liver in pieces in oil on both sides and remove from heat. In parallel, fry the onion and pepper, and then add the tomatoes at the end. With this beauty, slightly salted and seasoned with any delicacies, fill the liver and continue cooking in a saucepan. It will be so delicious with buckwheat, and with any other side dish!
In principle, they are prepared in the same way as from beef or pork liver. The only thing that may differ is the consistency of the chicken - it is softer. Therefore, I sometimes add a little grated carrots, cabbage or other vegetables to the minced meat. By the way, you can put any porridge in the dough for thickness! It turns out thicker, and the cutlets themselves are even tastier, more satisfying and healthier - after all, you can even do without a side dish. Grind 200 grams of chicken liver, 70 g of lard, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 potato, add one or two eggs here, add salt and pepper. If the minced meat is not thick, add a piece of loaf. After mixing, forming cutlets, fry in a large amount of oil.
I love this delicate snack! It tastes good with pasta and with sandwiches. Let's grind half a kilo of chicken liver. Let's chop the onion and carrot. First fry the onion in vegetable oil. Then we will send carrots and liver to him. Fill with water (glass) and boil for half an hour under the lid right in the pan, adding lavrushka and a clove of garlic. The water should evaporate. Let's cool it all down. Add 50 g of soft consistency of butter. Beat in a blender. That's it, we spread it on a bun!
