    Take a container where you pour all the spices (black pepper, chili powder, ground paprika, dried garlic), and add soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup and sugar. Stir all ingredients until smooth. It turns out the marinade, which is needed for cooking turkey (see photo).

    Now you should prepare the meat. It is advisable to take the loin of the turkey thigh, freeing it from the bones. The meat must be well washed and dried. Then get rid of the films and excess fat. After that, cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

How to cook a turkey stew:

Rinse the turkey fillet. Cut into small cubes.

In a separate small bowl, combine a tablespoon of soy sauce and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Marinate pieces of meat in this marinade for 20-30 minutes.

Wash and peel the orange. Disassemble into slices and remove all white streaks from them. Cut into small cubes.

Wash and peel carrots well. Cut into cubes and blanch in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
