Add the remaining sugar, salt, egg and melted butter to the finished dough. Sift the remaining flour and add it to the dough and other products in a bowl.
Having formed a ball from the dough (it will be quite soft), cover it with a towel and put in a warm place for two hours.
When the dough has increased in size two to three times, they begin to form buns. Divide the dough into two parts and roll it into layers half a centimeter thick.
The layers are sprinkled with sugar mixed with vanilla. Roll up into tight rolls. Cut the roll into pieces 4 cm wide. Lay out on sheets covered with food foil or parchment oiled with vegetable oil. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for half an hour.
Add two teaspoons of water to the egg yolk and grease the buns on top. Put in a hot oven (baking temperature 200 degrees) for twenty minutes. When the delicious rolls are browned, they are taken out, allowed to cool slightly and removed from the sheet.
Served with tea for guests, for breakfast, as a sweet dessert.

11. When the dough has come, place it on a floured table. Sprinkle the dough with flour on top and roll it out.
12. When the layer of dough has a thickness of 3 mm, we stop rolling.
13. Take a hollow round shape with a diameter of 5 mm and start cutting circles in the dough.
14. Remove the excess dough, then knead it and roll it out again to cut out circles.
15. Take 3 circles, grease with butter.
16. Then sprinkle with sugar.
17. Carefully overlap them.
18. And now they need to be rolled into a tube.
19. Cut the rolled tube in half.
20. These are the flowers.
21. We put each flower in a mold on some grazing from each other.
22. 3 flowers are placed in the form.
23. And now we will make buns with sugar in a small form.
24. To do this, take 5 circles of dough. Lubricate them with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

6. Bake in the oven at temp. 200 gr. - 20-25 minutes.

In a mixer bowl, mix the rest of the milk (more than half a glass), add melted butter, sugar, salt (amount according to the recipe), whisk. Add a glass of flour, beat again, add the yeast mixture and 1 more glass of flour. Change the attachments for kneading hooks. Add flour 1 spoon at a time, until the dough is firm and practically does not stick to your hands. The dough should be soft with a smooth texture.
Immediately form the buns, put them on parchment and leave them in the oven for 1 hour. It is better to preheat the cabinet to 50 degrees and then turn off the oven, the dough loves warmth.
After an hour, grease the buns with yolk and sprinkle with sugar, put in the oven, and then set the temperature to 190 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the buns.
