cocoa is better than a golden label. Those. not lighter, but ordinary powder without added milk powder and sugar.
a glass of milk.
200 grams of plum oil
Waffles - 300 grams is probably enough, take wide ones if you find them. Narrow ones are also suitable, but they are more boring, you will understand why during the cooking process. (maybe you can also wafer cakes, not corrugation) By the way, you can make sprinkling from the same cookies, but crushed.

Add to the cooled mass a pack of the mixture, cookies, previously broken into small pieces. Even better for very small ones, but not for crumbs.
Roll balls from the resulting mass (size at your discretion), but smaller is better - they will "freeze" faster.
The most boring thing is the waffles. With them, you can start the cooking process. But it doesn't matter. You need to scrape off the soft "layer" from them, I don't know how to put it more correctly, I hope you will understand. So we scrape off the layer, eat it (this is certainly not for everybody) or throw it away, and crush the waffles. To crumb.
In the resulting crushed waffles, roll the balls themselves.

If you are making baked goods with infant formula, it is usually substituted for traditional milk. As part of baking, the mixture can be used both in liquid, diluted form, and in dry powder. It all depends on the specific recipe. On the basis of milk mixtures, delicious pancakes, cakes or cookies are excellent. At the same time, you don't have to worry about the composition, unlike store products - in your baked goods, all the ingredients are natural, and you can safely give such delicacies to kids.

Infant formula cookies

There are a lot of recipes for homemade cookies with infant formula. Basically, any cookie recipe that contains milk can be replaced with diluted milk formula. In the end, the taste of the finished product will only benefit from such a substitution. Also, in many recipes, a dry mixture is added to the composition. It gives a milky taste and enriches the composition of the product. We offer you a simple recipe for delicious cookies with infant formula.

Following the classic recipe for homemade biscuits with a mixture, the results are always excellent. Their composition is simple, they are prepared quickly and are eaten very quickly. You will need a start day:

  • 100 ml warm water
  • 300 grams of milk mixture
  • Pack of unsalted butter (200g)
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 250 grams of granulated sugar
  • Packing of colored dust or powdered sugar, coconut flakes.

If you decide to make these cookies, you will need a small saucepan to add water and sugar to. It is necessary to mix sugar in water, turning on the gas and heating the composition. Slowly bring the solution to a boil, immediately adding the entire volume of butter to it. Mix everything quickly with a whisk, immediately reducing the heat to minimum. Keep the mixture on such a fire for up to 15 minutes so that the composition thickens strongly.

Dry milk powder should be poured into a dry cup and mixed with cocoa powder. Then you need to gradually pour these components into the sugar syrup. This should be done in small portions, constantly thoroughly kneading the thick mass so that no lumps of dry matter form in it. After you mix all the ingredients, you end up with a warm and very thick dough, it should be completely homogeneous.

It is necessary to heat the oven to 200 degrees, lay parchment paper on a wide baking sheet, which must be greased with oil. You need to spread the dough on it in portions from a spoon, crushing it and forming round molds. You need to place the cookies in the oven for 5-10 minutes, until they are browned. After that, we take them out and let them cool. Sprinkle them on top to taste.

Pancakes on infant formula

Many of you cook pancakes with milk, but you can try to replace the classic recipe by adding diluted milk mixture instead of milk. Pancakes from infant formula are no less appetizing and tasty.

You will need:

  • Half a liter of diluted milk formula
  • Three eggs
  • 5-6 heaped spoons of white flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • A couple of tablespoons of sugar
  • A little salt
  • A pinch of baking soda.

Knead the batter so that it spreads well in the pan, and bake the pancakes as you normally would. It is important to remember that the mixture is sweet by itself, if you do not want sweet pancakes, you can reduce the amount of sugar in the composition.

Baby formula cake

An excellent treat for the festive table will be a cake with infant formula. There are many recipes for such cakes. We offer you a recipe for our mothers, childbirth from the USSR. For it you will need:

  • A glass of flour
  • A glass of sour cream
  • A glass of the mixture (dry)
  • A glass of sugar
  • Two eggs
  • A teaspoon of baking soda.

For this cake, our mothers also made a cream based on a glass of sour cream and a glass of dry mixture with half a glass of sugar.

For the base of the cake, you need to beat (it is better to do it with a mixer) cooled eggs with sugar so that it completely dissolves. The result is a lush, thick foam that is well worth it. Next, put the mixer aside and arm yourself with a spoon. Soda from a teaspoon must be poured into a glass with sour cream so that it goes through extinguishing. Pour a mixture of sour cream with quenched soda into the egg mixture. Mix everything thoroughly, then add the dry milk mixture there. Stir everything with a spoon from under the bottom upwards so that no lumps form. After mixing, it remains to sift the flour immediately into the dough and mix it thoroughly until smooth. As a result, the dough should be airy and not very thin.
