Recipe for sweet sausages with condensed milk. Cookies sausage - an unforgettable taste! Sweet sausage made of cookies with condensed milk, cottage cheese, nuts, dried fruits

For many, chocolate sausage is the taste of childhood. It has always tasted better than purchased cakes, even from the most expensive cafes, because it was often made by the children themselves. It's pretty simple, but incredibly delicious!

Now no one can say for sure who first came up with the idea to create such a sweetness. It may have occurred to several smart mothers at once that they wanted to please their children with a natural dessert. And at the same time prepare something for the guests' tea.

The sausage is very similar to the famous Potato cake, which is also made from available products. True, they differ in appearance and, surprisingly, in taste. Even if you make a sausage from "Potato" - you still get the wrong taste. You can try and see for yourself!

All sausages are prepared according to the same principle: a thick mass based on cookies, biscuits or other dry sweet component is turned into a roll, which then needs to be frozen. At room temperature, such a dessert will not have a dense shape, so always keep it in the refrigerator.

There are as many recipes for this sweetness as there are housewives. Often everything that is in the house goes into it: chocolate, nuts, marmalade, marshmallows, honey, seeds, etc. And whoever adds anything, it always turns out incredibly tasty!

You can cook such a sausage even based on custard or any other creams, but the initial recipe is quite simple - from any cookie, preferably shortbread. Usually, one part of it is turned into small chips, and the other is broken into pieces. In the cut, you really get a mass that looks like a sausage with pieces of bacon. Only the sausage is sweet, dark and aromatic.

There are also recipes for similar diet sausages, but today they are useless. If you want to remember the taste of childhood, we recommend staying on nutritious, but so familiar sausages.

How to cook:

  1. Kill one part of cocoa into powder, and the second into crumbs of arbitrary size;

  6. From the resulting thick mass, you should form a sausage and keep it for an hour and a half in the refrigerator or forty minutes in the freezer.

Tip: To make it easier to grind sugar and butter, you can use powdered sugar instead of sugar.

The sausage can be decorated. Following the example of rolling in sesame, it can also be rolled in coconut, in an additional portion of cocoa, in nuts, in poppy seeds, in seeds - as your heart desires.

All of these ingredients can be put inside. And also - use dried fruits. To do this, it is advisable to pre-soak them in water so that they swell and become softer. Then dried apricots, dried apples or pears, prunes can be chopped into small pieces, and the raisins can be left intact.

Various gummy bears will also look interesting in sausages, especially if they are colored. Pieces of jelly can also be gently introduced into the mass and then rolled into a roll. A small amount of marshmallow is added in the same way, but then the mass must be cold, otherwise the marshmallow will simply melt and look ugly, become sticky.

Some experimenters add mint leaves or zest of lemon, orange, lime to the dessert. From nuts, you can take absolutely any: cashews, almonds, Brazilian, peanuts. All these products can be used to decorate the dish.

Less often, adherents of a healthy diet add fresh fruits here, for example, apples or bananas. You can use canned pineapples or garnish with frozen raspberries. And even just stir in jam instead of milk or cream! You can always find a budget option that is not inferior to anything the most expensive.

To make your sausage healthier, you can make your own cookies. For example, oatmeal or carrot. Having retained the benefits in these cookies, it will carry over to the chocolate dessert. It can be served not only with tea or coffee, but also with ice cream.

Chocolate sausage is a great solution, whatever the occasion. It can be the arrival of friends or guests, and a small home holiday, or just a desire to pamper yourself and loved ones. Sweetness is obtained absolutely always, requiring neither exact proportions, nor meticulousness in ingredients, nor special skills. And is there anything tastier than the taste of childhood?

Classic chocolate sausage made from cookies with the addition of condensed milk is one of the brightest desserts of my childhood. I was very fond of such a magical delicacy: like a sausage, but sweet-sweet, chocolate-pre-chocolate! And after all, such a miracle is obtained without any participation of units such as an oven or multi-cooker, to which caring mothers usually do not allow children. And this means that even a child can prepare a dessert in just a few minutes.

The main thing is to provide the necessary products, tell the procedure, and you can relax, quietly sipping tea and watching your child create in the kitchen. But be careful, the ingredients are too tempting: here you have cookies, condensed milk, and cocoa, make sure that they are not destroyed before they make our dessert.

Ingredients required

  • 300 g of shortbread cookies;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (with a slide);
  • 150 g of condensed milk.

From the specified amount of ingredients, 4 sausages with a length of about 25 cm are obtained.

Step-by-step cooking

Finely chop the cookies with a knife. You can put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin (in this case, do not overdo it so as not to turn the cookies into powder). But working with a rolling pin will require some physical effort, while chopping cookies with a knife is easier and faster.

Place the butter in a small deep container and melt it in any way convenient for you: in a water bath or in a microwave oven.

Add cocoa powder to the butter and stir thoroughly so that the mass becomes even, all the lumps are stirred. This process is simple and fast (it will take you just a couple of minutes).

We shift the chopped cookies into a deep plate or bowl, add butter with cocoa and condensed milk.

Mix the mixture thoroughly with a spoon, trying to distribute the cocoa with butter and condensed milk evenly. The mass for the sausages is ready.

Now we are preparing the parchment for rolling sausages. Cut off pieces of parchment about 25 cm long. Grease about half of the parchment (from one edge) with vegetable oil. We spread the sausage mass with a long sausage near the oiled edge of the parchment, retreating from the edges by at least 5 cm.

We wrap the parchment, pulling it all the time so that it fits snugly against the surface of the mass. Twist the ends of the parchment tightly at the ends.

Another option is to wrap the future sweet sausage in foil. The foil does not need to be lubricated, but it is more difficult to unwrap it later.

Place the finished sausages in the refrigerator for several hours so that the mass hardens. And then we unfold the packaging and cut into large rings.

How and with what to serve dessert

Sweet cookie sausage is ready! This dessert will be a wonderful addition to your morning cup of coffee. Well, isn't it a wonderful start to the day?

Chocolate Cookie Sausage Recipe - Classic

If you have never prepared such a simple dessert as chocolate sausage, then you should know that it does not need to be baked. The chocolate sausage is cooled to the desired hardness in the refrigerator after all the ingredients are mixed.

This recipe is the most basic and requires simple ingredients:

  • classic shortbread cookies (for example, "Jubilee" or "Baked milk") - 400-500 grams,
  • butter - 250 grams,
  • cocoa powder - 2-3 tablespoons,
  • granulated sugar - 1 glass.

First, crush the cookies into crumbs. This can be done with a blender, meat grinder, or by hand by placing the cookies in a bag or rolling them with a rolling pin. If you want a smooth, tender sausage, grind all the cookies into fine flour. If you want to have larger pieces as "fat" in the sausage, then break about a third of the cookies with your hands into pieces of the required size.

Then, melt the butter over low heat, add sugar and cocoa powder to it. Stir until smooth, but do not simmer.

Pour cookie crumbs into the resulting sweet chocolate mass and stir thoroughly to make a tough dough. It should come out clumpy if you left large pieces.

Please note that the thickness of such a "dough" should be sufficient to form a sausage from it. It's good to have a small supply of cookies just in case if it's too soft. But don't overdo it, the sausage will harden in the refrigerator thanks to the oil.

Wrap the sausage in plastic wrap. If it turns out to be soft, then foil will help to preserve its shape until it hardens, which must be twisted in several layers.

After that, the sausage must be refrigerated for at least six hours. It also hardens well in the freezer if you don't have much time, but let it warm up a little before chopping.

If you didn’t eat it in one go, it’s better to store the finished sausage in the refrigerator so that it doesn’t melt, as it is based on butter.

Chocolate sausage from cookies with condensed milk

The second recipe for chocolate sausage differs in that it uses condensed milk instead of sugar. The cookies are slightly more tender and milky. To prepare it you will need:

  • shortbread cookies - 600 grams,
  • a can of condensed milk,
  • butter - 200 grams (one pack),
  • cocoa powder - 5-6 tablespoons,

Grind the cookies into small crumbs, leaving a few larger pieces.

Melt the butter a little, then add condensed milk and cocoa to it, stir until smooth. Pour cookies into this mixture and replace the tough "dough".

Spread the cling film on the table, lay out the mixture and roll up a long sausage. Wrap the sausage tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate to harden.

To serve, remove and cut into slices as thick as you like.

Such a sausage is quite elastic when kneading, so it is not necessary to make it a classic shape, you can roll up many balls and you will get chocolates. Dip in finely chopped nuts, powder, or coconut. It will turn out amazingly beautiful and tasty.

Recipe for chocolate sausage from cookies with condensed milk and a chocolate bar

This recipe is the easiest to prepare and can be entrusted even to a child, provided that he has already received permission from his parents to use the stove. Of course, it is advisable to do this under the supervision of an adult. We cook just such a sausage with my six-year-old daughter and she always participates in the process more than anyone else.

The recipe is very popular with both adults and children, does not contain a large amount of fatty butter and can vary in tastes due to the ingredients used for it.

Everything you need for cooking:

  • shortbread cookies - 400-500 grams,
  • a can of condensed milk,
  • chocolate bar.

Here, include a full flight of imagination, but remember a few important details. Cookies should be shortbread and crumbly. Take what tastes best to you. You will mix chocolate with milk, so even if you use the darkest chocolate, it will become milder. You can choose any chocolate from your favorite manufacturer. Or make an original white chocolate sausage.

Crumble the cookies into small and large crumbs. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath in a small ladle or saucepan, pour the condensed milk into the same and stir. Pour the resulting chocolate-milk mixture into the cookies and replace.

Spread cling film on the table and put the mixture there, roll into a sausage. For reliability and shape retention, you can wrap the sausage in several layers of food foil. Then, take the sausage in the refrigerator for about 5-7 hours.

Chocolate sausage from any of these recipes can be tasted better by adding to your liking:

  • nuts,
  • raisins,
  • candied fruit,
  • dried fruits,
  • vanilla,
  • cinnamon,
  • chocolate pieces.

All of this interferes with the cookie crumbs and gives your sausage a new flavor and brightness. Don't be afraid to experiment.

Here is one of the great examples of such an interesting chocolate sausage:

Chocolate sausage - an unusual dessert that brings back sweet memories from childhood, looks like smoked sausage with white patches of cookies. The recipe for chocolate sausage with condensed milk from childhood does not require baking, sophisticated ingredients or complex culinary actions, even a beginner can handle it. The shape of the product does not have to correspond to the usual stick of sausage; small bars can be formed.

When choosing ingredients for a recipe for chocolate sausage from cookies with condensed milk, it is advisable to opt for fresh and high-quality products:

  1. Take a simple cookie, but choose sweet, ideally - with the taste of baked milk, without fillers and chocolate, for example, cracker or shortbread.
  2. Do not substitute margarine for butter, the difference in taste will be significant. Pre-soften the oil by taking it out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking.
  3. Cocoa should be natural, without additives, it is undesirable to take mixtures for drinks.
  4. The taste will be softer if the sugar is turned into powder with a coffee grinder.

Classic chocolate sausage made from cookies and condensed milk

And finally, the classic recipe, according to which this spectacular dessert was previously prepared for sale. By the way, chocolate sausages with nuts made from cookies and condensed milk were more expensive.

The mass from which you will form the sausages should be evenly saturated with condensed milk, but not liquid. If the condensed milk is too liquid, then add it to cookies in portions, but if you have already gone too far, add cookies to correct the situation.

  • 600 g of shortbread cookies;
  • 380 g of liquid condensed milk;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 5 tsp cocoa.

Grind most of the cookies (a pound or less) very finely, ideally with a mortar or blender so that there are no pieces. Break the remaining portion, separately, into large pieces (the guideline is that the size of the pieces will correspond to the inclusions in the finished sausage).

Put soft butter in finely crushed cookies, mix and pour condensed milk. Pour cocoa with a small amount of boiling water, mix, let it swell a little, and also add to the mass of cookies. Stir until a uniform plastic consistency.

In the last step, add the cookie pieces and mix in the same way. Form the sausages with your hands, wrap them in plastic and send them to the freezer for 5 hours.
