How to cook minced chicken

Our meatballs will include: chicken fillet, onions, eggs, rolls, salt, pepper. It is not necessary to use the breast, fillets and other parts of the bird will do.

How to make a creamy sauce

In a wide glass or bowl, combine a small amount of cream and flour. Stir very well so that no lumps remain. Add salt, chopped garlic and remaining cream. I also put in a pinch of ground nutmeg, I love its spicy aroma (optional, optional).

Pour the cooked creamy sauce over the chicken meatballs.

Simmer in a skillet with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes.
