  1. We wash the meat and wipe it with napkins, removing moisture. With a knife we \u200b\u200bmake parallel deep cuts, without bringing the blade to the end.   4. We cover our semi-finished product with foil and send it to the preheated oven. We bake the meat with an accordion for 60-90 minutes at 180 degrees. To make sure it's ready, pierce the pork with a wooden skewer or any sharp object. If the meat pierces easily, and a light juice is released, the dish is ready! About 15 minutes before the end of cooking, open the foil so that our "accordion" is slightly browned.

The recipe assumes that the following products will be used without fail:

  1. Meat tenderloin. It can be pork or chicken fillet.

The recipe involves preheating the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees. It is in this mode that the dish must be baked for one hour, after which it is necessary to check it for readiness.

In the first half hour of cooking meat, do not open the oven door so as not to lose the generated heat, otherwise you will have to increase the cooking time. After one hour, it is necessary to take out the form and carefully unfold the already almost finished dish "Accordion Meat".

The recipe assumes the necessary check of the product for readiness. To do this, take a fork and pierce the tenderloin in the thickest layer. Then carefully unfold the foil and bring the accordion meat with tomatoes and cheese until golden brown, that is, keep it in the oven at the same temperature for another 20 minutes. If you wish, you can, after unrolling the foil, overlay the meat with boiled potatoes until cooked and brown the meat along with the potatoes. These toasted potatoes are a great side dish for meat.

I have been looking closely at this recipe for a long time and I had some doubts about it. Pork loin meat is delicate and does not always respond well to baking in the oven. Therefore, I looked at this recipe for some time and finally decided to try it.

  1. Rinse the meat and dry with a paper towel.

    Turn the meat over with the fattest side up and cut it into equal portions, but do not cut to the edge of 1-1.5 cm.

    Each piece should be about 1 cm wide.

    You can use pork loin, tenderloin, or neck for this recipe.


  2. Cooking marinade for meat.

    Combine all the ingredients for the marinade and mix well.
    The garlic must first be passed through a press.
