  • Sweet pepper - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • Canned peas - 1 can (150 gr.)
  • Canned corn - 1 can (250 gr.)
  • Sunflower oil - for frying
  • Spices - salt to taste, seasoning for pilaf

Preparation:

1. Rinse carrots and onions well, chop as shown in the picture. Fry in a pan with a little oil for 5 minutes.

Try not to overcook them, so you need to stir the vegetables constantly.

2. Remove the stem and seed from sweet peppers. You can chop into small cubes into strips, as you like. Saute in a skillet with sunflower oil until soft.

3. Mix all prepared vegetables into one cup.

  • Pork (pulp) - 400-500 gr.
  • Carrots - 1-1.5 pcs.

  • Dried garlic - to taste

Preparation:

1. First of all, rinse and add water to the rice.

2. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan or cauldron. Rinse the meat, cut into medium pieces, fry until golden brown.

3. Wash and peel the carrots. Chop into small cubes, sprinkle with meat, fry for 8 minutes.

4. Peel the onion and then chop it into half rings. And put in a cauldron, stir everything thoroughly, add salt, dry garlic to taste. Continue cooking for another 8 minutes.

Preparation:

1. The first step is to prepare the broth. Rinse the chicken in running water, remove the skin, trim fat, films. Transfer the meat to a pot of water. Bring to a boil, remove the meat and drain the pot.

This must be done in order to remove most of the harmful substances and slags with which the meat may have been processed.

2. Rinse the pan well and put the chicken in cold water again.

3. While the meat is boiling, divide the washed carrots into halves, wash the onions, but do not peel them and cut them into two parts. Fry vegetables in a hot skillet without oil, cut down, until golden brown. Stick the cloves into the onion and carrot and add the vegetables to the broth. 4. Get chicken, vegetables, herbs from the broth. Strain with a sieve. The broth is ready.

5. Prepare rice. Finely chop the peeled and washed onion.

6. Peel the garlic, chop finely with a knife.

7. Finely chop the tomato.

8. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the pan, do not forget to preheat the pan, cover with rice. Stir in oil, fry without forgetting to stir.

9. When the rice is slightly fried, add finely chopped onion to it, sauté for 3-4 minutes. Then put the garlic, fry everything together for another minute.

10. Spoon the tomato paste, salt and oregano into the broth. Mix everything thoroughly.

To save time, the resulting mixture can be heated in the microwave while the rice is fried.

11. Put slices of tomatoes in a frying pan.

12. Pour the broth into the rice. Cover, cook for 20-25 minutes over medium heat.

The cooking time for rice depends on the variety you choose. If you have parboiled rice, it cooks faster.

13. Remove from heat and stir.

2. Rinse the rice thoroughly and pour over the vegetables. Add salt, oil, stir. Let stand for 20 minutes.

3. Rub the cut meat with salt. Transfer the vegetables and rice to a deep frying pan, pour 1/2 cup of cold water. Lay out the pieces of meat. Sprinkle with paprika.

4. In a separate bowl, pour sour cream with tomato sauce. Add a little salt, sugar. stir and pour into the pan.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a frying pan there, after 10-15 minutes reduce the heat to 160 degrees, cover with a lid, cook until all the liquid is absorbed. Remove the lid to brown the meat.
