  • eggs 2-3 pcs
  • greens (dill / parsley)

  • champignons 100 g
  • salt / pepper to taste
  • cheese (grated) like "Gouda" 100-150 g

We spread the dough on a baking sheet (with parchment), so that we get the sides (that's why I got 2 packages, the size of the dough was too small), pierce the dough over the entire surface with a fork.
Stir cottage cheese, eggs, finely chopped herbs and garlic, then gently pour onto the dough and smooth over the surface.

Next, lay out the tomatoes cut into thin slices, mushrooms - salt and pepper to taste, then - sausage slicing.

Sprinkle everything generously with cheese and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

Recipe 9: unsweetened pastries with cottage cheese: yeast pie

500 g puff yeast dough
- 450 g of cottage cheese
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- a bunch of fresh dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a mixture of peppers
- salt
- some flour for cutting
- sunflower oil for lubrication

First of all, I took out the puff pastry from the freezer, freed it from the packaging and left it to defrost on a cutting board, covering it with a clean napkin. At room temperature, this took about 30-40 minutes.

I cut the pre-cooked and cooled eggs into cubes, as usual for salads.

I washed the dill, dried it, removed the tough stems and chopped it with a knife.

I combined cottage cheese (I have an 18% pasty one), eggs and herbs. I squeezed out the garlic here. Then I salt and grind the pepper mixture.

I mixed everything thoroughly.

I started cutting the dough. The first 250-gram layer was rolled out on a board, sprinkled with flour.

Laid it out in a greased form.

Spread all the filling over the surface, leaving a little free space around the edges.

She rolled out the second layer of dough, pricked it with a fork. Gently transferred to the mold, covering the filling. I walked along the contour again with a fork (I sprinkled it with flour so that it would not stick) - thus I made a pinch of the edges.

She covered the form with a napkin and put it in a warm (and draft-free!) Place for 2 hours. After this time, when the dough rose, I sent it to the oven preheated to 220 "C.

After 7 minutes I reduced the temperature to 180 "C and baked for another 15-20 minutes.

Cut into 6 portions. The pie is delicious and quite satisfying! 😉

Salt the yolk and grind with olive oil and lemon juice until frothy.

Gradually add cottage cheese, mustard and milk.

Add sugar and salt to taste.

Recipe 11: unsweetened fish cutlets with cottage cheese

I have already made cutlets with cottage cheese, I was satisfied. So I decided to try it with fish. The result is pleasing. Soft, tender. Delicious and cold too. Advice: it is better to take fatty cottage cheese. If it is very wet, then be sure to squeeze out the liquid. I made from pollock. The author suggested frying cutlets, but I prefer from the oven. If you decide to fry, then roll the cutlets in bread crumbs.

  • For 800 gr fillet of white fish (hake, pollock, etc.):
  • Curd 250 gr
  • Onion 1 small onion
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Dill 1 small bunch
  • Semolina 3 tbsp
  • Pepper, salt to taste

Twist the fish fillet with onion in a meat grinder.

Add cottage cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, finely chopped dill, semolina and leave for 20 minutes to swell the semolina.

After the time has elapsed, mold tunics of your favorite caliber with wet hands, place on a baking sheet (pour a little water on the bottom of the baking sheet) and in a warm oven for 20 minutes.

Bake at 200 gr.

Enjoy your meal!

  • fat cottage cheese - 500 g;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • parsley greens - 1 bunch;
  • young dill - 1 bunch;
  • table salt - to taste;
  • granulated sugar - to taste (optional).
  1. Wipe the cottage cheese to make small crumbs (this is especially important for homemade fatty cottage cheese).
  2. Chop parsley and dill finely, add to the filling.
  3. Crack the eggs, sprinkle them with salt.
  4. Sour, according to your feelings, cottage cheese is enough to dilute with sugar, but literally with a couple of pinches to remove the acid.
  5. Mix everything well, and you can start sculpting the dumplings.

This recipe for dumplings with cottage cheese and herbs can be slightly modified by adding green onions instead of dill. To do this, just finely chop the onion (take a large bunch) and grind it well, and after that, combine it with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and put on the fire, and when it boils, put the cottage cheese in it and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes, until the whey separates. Cover the colander with gauze, folded in two layers and soaked in water. Pour the curd mass there, and when the whey drains well, tie the gauze tightly and squeeze out the excess liquid. In another bowl, beat the egg yolks with softened butter, baking soda and salt. Transfer the cottage cheese to a clean saucepan, combine with the creamy egg mixture and mix well. Can be added to cheese and other spices - cumin, dill, green onions. In a large saucepan, bring a small amount of water to a boil, place the dishes with the curd mass on top and cook in a water bath, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes. When the cheese mass begins to melt, put it in a mold, smooth it nicely with a spoon, press down on top with a press, and when it cools down, put it in the refrigerator. Put the finished cheese on a plate and cut into slices.

Recipe 7.

You will need: 550 g of cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of semolina, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 90 ml of sour cream, 1 coffee spoon of vanilla sugar, 2 eggs, 60 g of raisins, a pinch of salt, a piece of butter for greasing the mold and a handful of semolina for sprinkling.

Mix semolina with half sour cream and leave to swell (for half an hour, but longer). Rinse the raisins and cover with boiling water for 15 minutes. You can grind cottage cheese with a blender, but it is better to pass it through a sieve - the casserole will turn out to be more fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, swollen semolina, beaten eggs, a pinch of salt to the curd and stir well. Dry the raisins on a towel and add to the curd mass. Lubricate the baking dish with a piece of butter, sprinkle with semolina, put the curd mass, gently level and grease the surface with the remaining sour cream. The dessert is baked for about 40 minutes. Raisins can be replaced with dried apricots, dried cherries, and prunes. Optionally, you can add a light lemon touch to the curd casserole: you need to squeeze a little lemon juice into the curd or add a coffee spoon of lemon zest. Before serving, pour over the dessert with berry sauce, honey or sour cream.
