Although flour and semolina should not be feared. One has only to correctly approach the choice of these ingredients. As a flour, preference should be given to whole grain.

Cooking nuances

As in the preparation of any dish, there are also small nuances here.

  • Use low-fat cottage cheese. Take 5 percent. Since if you use a less fatty product, the dish may turn out to be liquid and will not keep its shape
  • If you want to add some carbs, but don't want to use semolina or flour, use oatmeal

Our readers' stories

Cottage cheese casserole is perhaps the easiest way to make homemade cakes. One possible interpretation is the banana curd casserole. As a result of simple manipulations, chefs have learned how to get a fragrant, delicate, tasty and nutritious dessert.

The traditional recipe for a casserole with cottage cheese and bananas involves the use of a minimum amount of products. This baking option revives the taste familiar from childhood - something like that every child eats in kindergarten. This pudding-like soufflé casserole is your signature dish.

For 500 g of fat cottage cheese we take:

  • half the size of banana pulp;
  • 3 eggs;
  • half a glass of sour cream (10%);
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • salt on the tip of a knife;
  • 125 g flour;
  • 5 g baking powder.

The cooking process is based on the following sequence:

  1. Since the dough for the curd casserole with banana is kneaded in a matter of minutes, we turn on the oven at 180 ° C even before cooking.
  2. We begin kneading the dough by intensively beating eggs with salt and sugar. You do not need to achieve lush foam, you just need to mix the ingredients well.
  3. Having finished this, we introduce sour cream. The recipe indicates 10% fat, but you can use any. If the fat content of the product is higher, we take less flour, and if it is lower, more.

It was the turn of one of the main ingredients - cottage cheese. And here you have to choose:

  • If the priority is a casserole with pronounced curd grains, use a mixer for mixing.
  • If you want a smooth casserole: use a blender. In its absence, we wipe the cottage cheese through a frequent sieve.

Having prepared the cottage cheese, we return to the formation of the casserole.

  1. Before adding flour to the dough, sift it, not forgetting to add vanillin and baking powder.
  2. Having made the first kneading of flour into the dough, we arm ourselves with a blender again and beat the curd mass again. It's time to check the consistency. We take a spoon and scoop up the dough - it should slowly slide off it. Otherwise, adjust the density with flour or sour cream.
  3. Let's get down to stuffing. In its role are bananas, which are cut at random.
  4. First, pour 1/3 of the dough into a baking dish, and then distribute 1/2 of the chopped bananas. We repeat the curd layer two more times, the banana layer only once.

The exact baking time is difficult to determine, as the size of the mold may vary. Check the readiness of the dish 25 minutes after sending it to the oven. On average, the process takes 25 - 45 minutes. As a result, you get a delicate curd dish.

Cooking a casserole in a slow cooker includes the following steps:

  1. Soak semolina in sour cream. This will take 1/4 hours.
  2. Scroll the remaining ingredients in a blender until a soft cream.
  3. Stir semolina into the mass and interrupt the composition again.
  4. We spread the finished mass in a multicooker bowl oiled and sprinkled with semolina.

Cooking takes 30 minutes in Bake mode.

As soon as the multicooker squeaks, we do not rush to remove the dessert - we wait for it to cool completely, and only then we act.

The dessert recipe that I want to offer is a slightly altered version of the curd casserole in accordance with GOST. I had to adjust the recipe a bit to take into account the addition of banana, but in the end everything turned out great!

Cottage cheese casserole with banana - the simplest and most delicious recipe! You don't even need a mixer for cooking. Moreover, to achieve the best result, I do not recommend using it at all - only hands and a whisk!

So, in order to cook a diet cottage cheese casserole with banana and semolina in the oven, prepare the products according to the list.

I used 0% cottage cheese and 2.5% milk, but you can choose the fat content at your discretion. I advise you to immediately buy pasty dry cottage cheese, then you do not have to wipe it through a sieve, like granular. Wet creamy cottage cheese will not work at all.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, egg and semolina. Don't let the photo mislead you, there is one egg, it just turned out to be with a double yolk!

Add vanilla sugar and milk.

Finally add the mashed banana and stir. You don't need to beat anything, just stir and that's it.

Put the mass in a mold about 20x20 cm in size, flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. When a golden crust appears on top, the banana curd casserole is ready!

Cool the dessert slightly, cut into portions and serve with jam, condensed milk and various sweet sauces.
