Now the word "smoothie" has come into our use (from the English "smothie" - soft, tender, cool), but in fact it is the same cocktail.

All cocktails are prepared very simply: we throw the cut ingredients (pour, pour) into the blender's cup, then literally 2-3 minutes of blender operation and the cocktail is ready. For cocktails made from vegetables, it is better to use a mixer.

Fruit cocktails.

Everyone knows the usefulness of fruit and vegetable juices. So I'll tell you, cocktails are even healthier.

Because in addition to liquid, they contain fibers and pulp, that is, all the most useful things that are excluded from juices.

I haven't drunk shop juices for a long time. I love freshly squeezed ones, and I usually take them in a cafe, but at home I still prefer to make cocktails. After all, there is both benefit and flight for creativity!

In fact, you can vary any fruit with any syrups, juices, spices and in different proportions. In the summer, at my leisure, I am often fond of this kind of experiments, and I want you to definitely try to create some of your own cocktail that perfectly suits your tastes. And I will share with you unpretentious cocktail recipes, which are the most useful for our body.

Grapefruit cocktail.

1 grapefruit + 100 ml of water + 100 ml of green tea + 10-20 g of ginger tuber. You can add 1 to 2 grams of vanilla sugar because the shake tastes quite pungent.

A grapefruit cocktail drunk instead of lunch or an afternoon snack, firstly, will provide the body with the necessary vitamins, and secondly, it will prepare it for the main course - it stimulates metabolism. I really love grapefruit cocktail !!!

Banana coctail

1 banana + 100 ml milk + 20-30 g lemon juice + some cinnamon (optional).

Banana helps to remove excess salt from the body, and is also very rich in potassium, that is, it will keep the heart in good shape. It is better to drink a banana cocktail in the morning, for losing weight, in the evening it will contribute to weight gain.

Kiwi apple cocktail

1 green apple + 1 kiwi + 150 g low-fat liquid yogurt

A very healthy cocktail that can already be classified as green cocktails. One of the best slimming cocktails. Low-calorie, but contains many vitamins ..

Vegetable cocktails.

Most often I use tomato juice for vegetable shakes. This is the only juice I buy. Just read the composition carefully: so that it is with pulp and sugarless... They are quite difficult to find, but there are. Or, you can also use the water in which the potatoes were boiled.

Carrot.

2 boiled carrots + 30 g celery stalks + 100 g blueberries + 20 ml lemon juice + 250 ml tomato juice + salt and black pepper.

One of the healthiest vegetable cocktails. It is especially recommended for those with vision problems. If you drink 3-4 glasses a day for several days, you can get vision progress (albeit temporary).

Potato.

2 boiled potatoes + 1 bell pepper + 200 g of water in which the potatoes were boiled + a little white base from green onions.

Green cocktails.

In addition to the fact that green smoothies are useful for losing weight, they are useful for absolutely all people, regardless of age and body size.

Someone does not like green vegetables, respectively, lacks vitamins. Especially in the winter. Therefore, it is so important to drink green smoothies at least 3-4 times a week.

Option 1.

The most, perhaps, useful, although not very tasty.

4 cabbage leaves (cut off the thickenings near the base) + 2 green apples + juice of half a lemon + 200 g of water. Very good for losing weight! Somehow, for the sake of interest, I spent a day on such a cocktail - the feeling of lightness is incredible!

Option 2.

1 bunch of parsley + 1 green apple + 1 large cucumber + 200 g of water.

Peel both the apple and the cucumber. It turns out also a very healthy cocktail.

Option 3.

1 bunch of parsley + 200 g of fresh blueberries + 1 pear + 200 g of water.

Quite an unusual taste, but I think you will like it.

Option 4.

1 bunch of parsley + 1 green bell pepper + 1 cucumber, a little Chinese cabbage + 200 g of water.

In summer, you can put any herbs in green cocktails: dandelions, nettles, sorrel, young tops of beets or carrots, fresh young onions and even garlic. The main thing here is to try, experiment, spoil a green cocktail, in principle, it is impossible. In the most extreme case, it can be poured with kefir and eaten as a soup, like okroshka. I had such options when, as a result of the experiment, it turns out either very bitter, or vigorous ... Kefir, potatoes, an egg - and the summer okroshechka is ready.

In winter, we have to experiment with what to eat, because it is undesirable to use frozen vegetables for cocktails. The cocktails will not taste the right way. Therefore, for residents of cold countries, there is little choice. But you can make cocktails from other products.

Milkshakes.

Sweet cocktail.

Beat 150 g of milk + 1/2 egg white, add 100 g of marshmallows.

This is a milkshake for those with a sweet tooth. Those who cannot give up sweets altogether, but at the same time want to make cocktails from healthy products. Of the variety of sugary foods, marshmallows are less harmful than all others.

Yoghurt cocktail.

150 g fat-free liquid yogurt + 1/2 green cucumber + 2-3 sprigs of parsley + 1 boiled egg yolk.

The yoghurt cocktail is very nutritious, saturates the body well, and at the same time has a low calorie content. They can completely replace dinner if you want to lose weight.

And, of course, my household is very fond of ice cream cocktails with different types of fruits and syrups. But I don't write their recipes, because our topic is cocktails for health and weight loss, and you can't lose weight on such cocktails. So use the recipes above with a preference for green cocktails.

Vegetable salads are a familiar and common concept. But vegetable cocktails are not prepared by all. But in vain.

Rinse the beets, cabbage, carrots and ginger well and peel.

In a blender, pass the vegetables in this order: beets, carrots, cabbage, ginger until smooth.

Add the juice of one lemon to the resulting vegetable mixture and mix well.

Drink immediately after preparation. If the consistency of the cocktail turned out to be thick, then you can slightly dilute it with boiled water.


Celery & Ginger Smoothie

Peel and cut into pieces cucumber, garlic, celery, ginger.

Grind all vegetables in a blender or use a juicer, then pour into a deep glass.

Add a couple of ice cubes or some cold water if the shake is too thick.

With regular use of such a celery drink, your skin will acquire an even color, all redness and irritation will go away, and you will feel a general increase in tone.


Pumpkin, tomato and grapefruit cocktail

Another unusual, but very healthy cocktail can be made from pumpkin and grapefruit pulp with the addition of tomatoes.

The mixture of these ingredients helps to normalize the functioning of the intestines, kidneys and prevent the formation of cholesterol plaques in the blood vessels.

To prepare it, you need to mix 600 g of pumpkin pulp, one tomato, grapefruit and juice of two lemons in a blender.

You can add a little honey to sweeten the mixture. If the cocktail comes out too thick, it should be diluted with clean boiled water.

Celery, Parsley and Salad Drinking Cocktail

Rinse the dill, parsley, celery, lettuce, and onion well and chop.

Peel the cucumber and pass through a blender. Add greens and a glass of kefir there, then whisk the mixture well.

Apple and carrot smoothie

Another healthy cocktail can be made with apples and carrots. It can truly be called a real storehouse of vitamins. Carrot-apple cocktail improves immunity and allows you to quickly recuperate after physical exertion.

To make a cocktail, you need to take 3 fresh carrots and 2 ripe apples. To enhance its beneficial properties, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of grated ginger root to the cocktail. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed in a blender into a homogeneous mass, strain and pour into a glass.



You can add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten the carrot and apple smoothie a little.

The only contraindication to the regular use of such a cocktail is a disease of the gastrointestinal tract - gastritis, ulcers or hyperacidity.

Fresh beets are extremely useful for normalizing the functioning of the liver, thyroid gland, as well as for reducing blood pressure in hypertension. Unfortunately, beets cannot be eaten like apples or other fruits. But it can be used as a useful ingredient in a vegetable shake.

For a beetroot smoothie, take a small beetroot, peel and rinse thoroughly. Grind the beets thoroughly in a blender or juicer, adding one orange, a carrot and a spoonful of grated ginger.

The resulting homogeneous mass should be filtered and allowed to brew a little.


You should not use such a cocktail for diabetes or urolithiasis.

You can use any vegetables and fruits, berries.

To enrich the cocktail with useful substances, you can add nut oil, flaxseed, yogurt, milk to it.

In winter, instead of ice, it is better to add warming spices. They will increase the body's defenses and help resist colds and infectious diseases.

The calorie content of a cocktail depends on the ingredients used. The standard calorie content per serving is approximately 100 calories. Butter or milk will add another 100 calories, so you shouldn't overdo it.
