Cooking method

The subtleties of cooking chops

When choosing ingredients, pay attention to expiration dates and dates.

Chicken Chops with Pineapple and Cheese

Cooking chicken chops with pineapple is quite simple and fast. The most time consuming is baking in the oven. As we know, in the oven it takes longer to cook any dish than in a pan, but baked food is much more healthy. I turn on the oven in advance so that it already warms up while I prepare the dish for baking. I have an electric oven, heating above and below.

I wash the chicken fillet under cold water, pat it with a paper towel and beat it off with a knife on both sides. You can do this with a hammer, but I like it better with a knife. The main thing in this matter is to loosen the structure of meat.

Spread chicken chops in a glass baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste.

On top of each piece of meat - a circle of pineapple.

I rub the cheese on a fine grater and pour it into kefir. I mix everything.

About 1 tablespoon spread the kefir cheese mixture on pineapple mugs. Distribute throughout the piece.

I put it in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes until you get such beauty.
