Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes into slices. Cherry tomatoes can be cut into two halves.

Shred large cucumbers.

Cut the feta very gently and put it in the salad last.

Shred the onion with a crescent.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g white loaf,
  • 9-12 king prawns,

  • 1 clove of garlic and a bunch of lettuce,
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

How to make a salad:

The salad is prepared before serving so that the croutons do not get wet.

Ingredients:

  • eggplant - 2 pcs,
  • tomatoes - 6-7 pieces,
  • onion - 1 pc,
  • garlic - 2-3 pieces,
  • greens - a bunch,

  • white balsamic vinegar - to taste,
  • vegetable oil to taste.

Preparation:

We take eggplants and tomatoes in a ratio of 1: 3. Cut the eggplants into cubes and boil for 10 minutes in salted water, take out with a slotted spoon. You need to remove their bitterness, but not boil it down.

Fry the eggplants in a pan until tender. Cool it down.

Chop the tomatoes and mix with the eggplant.

Add finely chopped onion, dill, grated garlic, salt and black pepper. We fill with balsamic white vinegar (you can use apple cider vinegar) and sunflower or olive oil.

You can serve the salad with eggplant and tomatoes warm, but it is better when it is infused and soaked.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g mayonnaise
  • 200 g of boiled low-fat sausage,
  • black pepper and salt,
  • potatoes - 5 pcs.,

  • carrots - 1-2 pcs,
  • 300 g canned green peas,
  • eggs - 6 pcs,
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.,
  • pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.,
  • olives - for salad dressing.

Rinse the potatoes and carrots thoroughly with a brush. We place vegetables in a saucepan, fill with water so that it completely covers them, and put on fire. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. Then we drain the water, and fill the vegetables with cold water. And again - drain the water.

Place the eggs in a small saucepan, fill them with water and salt. Cook over low heat for ten minutes. We drain the water and immediately place it under cold running water.

Peel the potatoes, chop them into cubes. We clean and cut the carrots in the same way.

Wash fresh cucumbers, dry them and chop them into small pieces.

Grind the peeled eggs - using an egg cutter.

Cut the boiled sausage in the same way as the rest of the products.

Rinse the onion and herbs. Finely chop.

We open a jar of peas, drain the marinade.

All chopped food and peas - put in a deep bowl, pepper, salt, add mayonnaise and mix gently.
