Whip up pie with jam. Whipped up jam pie: recipes, cooking features and recommendations

10.09.2019 Fish dishes

Jam pies on a quick theme are an eternally relevant plot: there is little time, but you always want something sweet.

Fortunately, there are jars of jam in every home, and the only question is what technology we use to prepare a quick pie.

It is assumed that cooking "quickly" means that you don't have to fiddle with the dough for a long time, and the oven will bake the product for no more than an hour.

If at the same time the dough is not only light, but also interesting, then there is no price for the recipe!

This quick jam pie can be made with any thick jam, jam, or a layer of fresh fruit or berries such as bananas, pears, or cherries.

Ingredients

For the test:

✓ egg 3 pcs

✓ milk 200 ml

✓ vegetable oil 90 ml

✓ flour 400 g

✓ sugar 200 g

✓ baking powder 1.5-2 tsp.

✓ salt 0.5 tsp.

✓ vanillin to taste

For filling:

✓ Any thick jam 1-1.5 tbsp.

Recipe

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. Chilled egg is used for baking.

Use a deep dough bowl. Ceramic crockery works best. Break an egg into it and beat lightly until smooth.

Continue whisking, adding sugar over a tablespoon, until the grains are completely dissolved. During this time, the mass will turn white and significantly increase in volume. Season the dough to taste and add vanillin.

Pour the vegetable oil in small portions, gradually driving it into the egg mixture. Dilute the dough with milk and stir gently. The mass will become watery, bubble, but it should be so.

Add sifted flour and baking powder to the dough. Break up any lumps thoroughly. The mass should become homogeneous and slightly thicker than the biscuit dough.

Sprinkle flour if necessary. Too thin dough is not suitable for filled baked goods. The jam will simply drown in it, and the pie on the cut will be unappetizing.

Pour vegetable oil over a baking dish and cover with paper, oil and flour. Spread half of the dough over the prepared form.

Put the filling in the future pie. Preliminarily discard the liquid jam on a sieve. After a few minutes, the excess syrup will drain and the jam will become thick.

Cover the filling with the remaining dough, spreading it evenly with a tablespoon and smoothing it over the baking surface.

Place the quick pie in the preheated oven for 7 minutes. Next, reduce the temperature to 160 degrees and bake the product for another 40-45 minutes.

The finished cake should bake evenly and rise well, with a light crust and an appetizing color. Remove the baked goods from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Serve chilled well with the jam, cut into small portions.

For me, a quick pie with jam is an opportunity to quickly bake something sweet for tea and at the same time add a can of jam, jam or thick jam at the same time. In the summer, you want to prepare everything and more, and closer to winter it becomes clear that you will not eat all the preparations until the new harvest. That's when the recipe for jam pie becomes especially relevant, especially if it's a quick pie. I cook it from shortcrust pastry, thick plum jam goes into the filling. However, any jam with a sour taste will do, and in the recipe I will tell you how and how you can thicken it.

Ingredients

To prepare a simple and quick pie with jam, you will need:

  • margarine - 180 g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs;
  • granulated sugar - 1 glass;
  • thick plum jam - 2/3 half-liter jar;
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 bag;
  • wheat flour - 3-3.5 cups.

How to make a quick plum jam pie. Recipe

The base of the jam pie is shortcrust pastry. I made it with margarine, you can use butter. I put the dishes with margarine on low heat, and while it softens, I prepare other products. I break two eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar.

Whisk vigorously until a creamy, light-colored thick mass.

Pay attention - the margarine is not completely melted, the pieces are softened, half melted. If you make it liquid, you will need more flour, and so the dough will turn out to be tender, crumbly.

I pour the flooded margarine into the bowl of the egg and sugar mixture. I stir it with a whisk. The mass will become almost homogeneous.

I sift three glasses of flour. That's enough for now. If the dough is too soft, add when kneading. But if it turns out cool, then you will have to introduce butter or milk and knead again. Since shortbread dough cannot be kneaded for a long time (it becomes tough), it will be difficult to save the cake.

I add baking powder and vanilla sugar. You can also flavor it with cinnamon or whatever spices you like.

At the first stage, I knead the dough with a spoon to knead less with my hands. When all the flour is moistened, it will be clear whether you need to add it or not.

You need to knead shortbread dough for a pie quickly, do not knead for a long time - it does not like this. As soon as all the products are combined, the lump becomes smooth, buttery - the dough is ready. If it is too oily or very soft, then add flour and mix quickly. The consistency will turn out to be such that you can roll it out with a rolling pin or knead it with your hands into a cake.

I divide the dough in half. One part will be the base, I will roll it out on a baking sheet. I flatten the second into a thinner layer, wrap it in foil and put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Just while the oven is heating to 180 degrees, the dough will harden.

I decided to make the cake higher, instead of a baking sheet I used a round shape with a diameter of 30 cm. I did not roll out the dough, but put it in a mold and knead it with my palm into a layer of the same thickness.

I laid out thick plum jam, spread it evenly over the dough. The layer can be made thinner or thicker.

Council. If your jam is not very thick, remember two ways to thicken it. The first is to add starch to the syrup, and knead the berries. Mix everything, put on the pie. When heated, the starch will prevent the jam from spreading. The second way is to add crushed nuts. I dry walnuts in a dry skillet, grind in a mortar or grind with a blender into very fine crumbs. Combine with jam and spread on the pie. In this case, the taste of the finished baked goods acquires a light nutty note.

The dough has hardened a little in the freezer, now it can be grated with a coarse grater. I rub it directly on the filling. A simpler option is not to freeze it, but to roll it out in a layer and cover the filling. But I like this one - the jam pie turns out to be not only tasty, but also elegant, with cute curlicues.

Try to immediately spread the chips in an even layer. If you move it from place to place, the dough will stick together and you will have to start all over again.

I put the pie in the oven on a medium level. I bake for 20-25 minutes, temperature 180 degrees. It is not worth setting higher, the bottom will be dark, the inside will be hard, and the top will remain light. In order for the curls to brown, I move them up for ten minutes and slightly increase the temperature (up to 200-210 degrees).

As soon as I take the pie out of the oven, immediately, without letting it cool, I cut it into pieces. Shortcrust pastry becomes brittle after cooling, the top of the pie will crumble, and you are unlikely to want to serve such pastries to guests.

Well, the pie with jam is in a hurry ready, it is not necessary to cool it. You can try and warm. Perhaps someone will think - not such a quick pie. But friends, in comparison with yeast pies, there is much less fuss with it. In general, all recipes that take less than an hour to cook fall into the category of quick baked goods. Of course, there are more "smart" recipes, take a look - everything is very simple there and the products are available. Happy baking and bon appetit! Your Plyushkin.

Recipe version in video format

Jam pie is prepared in a hurry, but pleases all household members. The simplicity of the ingredients, the speed of preparation made it a favorite dish from the “guests on the doorstep” series. There are many cooking variations. Introducing proven homemade baking recipes.

Classic grated pie with jam

The pie can be made from any jam, but the combination of delicate crumbly shortcrust pastry and sweet and sour filling is considered a classic. Such a cake will not be cloying, it will leave a pleasant aftertaste. For the recipe, apple, apricot, plum, cherry pitted and even currant are suitable if you like spicy sour notes. You can replace jam with any jam or confiture: the pie will only benefit from it.

For the grated pie, prepare:

  • a pack of butter - 200 g;
  • granulated sugar - a glass without a slide;
  • flour - 3-4 cups;
  • 2 eggs;
  • a glass of jam or jam;
  • a bag of vanillin;
  • h. l. baking powder;
  • a pinch of salt.

The butter should be soft and pliable - we will grind it with sugar to a smooth, creamy consistency. Then add vanilla and eggs to the butter cream, pre-beaten into a light foam. Stir in flour, you can sift it through a sieve - the dough will be saturated with air, it will become crumbly and airy. Do not forget to add baking powder to the flour. Knead the dough until it turns into a smooth elastic ball with a glossy shine. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts.

We roll out one and put it in a mold. We sculpt bumpers with a height of 1-2 cm with our hands. Add more flour to a smaller part of the dough - you should get a hard lump, which we will rub. Pour the jam onto the rolled dough and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. We take a grater and rub the second lump directly on the jam. The crumb should cover the jam evenly. We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crumb turns golden on top.

The finished pie needs to "catch its breath" a little, and then it is cut into neat diamonds or squares. Serve with powdered sugar. The ideal accompaniment to the cake is fruit drink, cold milk or warm tea with ginger or oregano.

Cooking from shortcrust pastry with crumb on top

It is not difficult to buy ready-made shortbread dough. It is perfectly stored in the refrigerator without losing its taste. If you got a call, and there is nothing to treat you with, we urgently defrost the dough and bake a pie.

We need:

  • a piece of oil for lubricating the mold;
  • a glass of any jam.

Divide the dough into two parts. We roll out a large one, put it on the bottom of the mold (pre-oiled with oil), sculpt with our fingers 1-2 cm high sides.Pour the jam onto the dough, level it with a neat layer. The second part of the dough three on a coarse grater directly on the jam. It is not necessary to make a dense crumb hat: let the jam slightly show through. This will make the cake more beautiful and juicier.

We bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until the crumb is browned (usually 15 minutes is enough). Serve with vanilla ice cream. We treat our guests with tea, dried fruit compote or berry mousse.

Whipped up jam pie

Even in half an hour, you can make the most delicate cake that tastes like a biscuit. The recipe requires minimal costs, but the end result is a delicious treat with a sweet and sour filling.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of milk;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • 2-3 glasses of flour;
  • vanillin - a bag;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy. The grains should completely dissolve, the mass should become white and fluffy. Add vanillin and vegetable oil to the eggs, adding it in a thin stream. Now it's time to gently pour in a glass of warm milk. You get a mixture with bubbles inside, to which we will add flour and baking powder. Add just enough flour to make the dough a little thicker than sour cream, but you can't make it dense.

Throw the liquid jam through a colander to drain the excess syrup.

Pour half of the dough onto oiled baking parchment and fill with a glass of jam. Add the rest of the dough. It should completely cover the filling. The dough will turn out to be quite thick, so that it can be neatly spread over the entire surface with a tablespoon. We put in an oven preheated to 220 degrees, bake for 7 minutes. Then we reduce the heat to 160 degrees and cook for another 40 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar and serve, cutting into neat pieces ala-cake. We are sure that the recipe will become your favorite - the pie can easily be mistaken for an exquisite cake with a light spicy cream.

Kefir-based recipe

On the basis of kefir, a successful dough is obtained that does not spread and goes well even with the juiciest filling. It is balanced and baked in minutes. We suggest using red currant jam or apricot jam as a filling.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of kefir;
  • 3 eggs;
  • soda - dessert l.;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a glass of jam or jam;
  • 90 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 400 g flour.

The beauty of kefir dough is the speed of preparation. All you need is: beat eggs, kefir, soda, flour, butter, baking powder with an ordinary whisk, sweeten and lightly salt. In this case, salt acts as a flavor enhancer, giving the dough its richness. You should get a rather thick mass - adjust the amount of flour to your liking.

Pour half of the dough into a mold. Put jam or preserves on it, fill everything with the second part of the dough. We send it to the oven for 6 minutes (it must be preheated to 220 degrees), after which we switch to 160 degrees and bake until tender for 35-40 minutes. It's easy to check the readiness of the cake - just pierce it with a match, make sure it comes out dry. Cut the pie into pieces, decorate with slices of marshmallows.

Apple jam pie

Apple jam tarts can be considered an international confectionery masterpiece. Austrian strudels, German apple bagels - apple baked goods are adored in all corners of the world for their aroma and tenderness. In winter, when you want comfort, it's time to make apple pie from shortcrust pastry. He was nicknamed "Tsvetaevsky". The great poet is said to have loved this version of apple pie.

Let's prepare:

  • 500 g of ready-made shortcrust pastry;
  • apple jam;
  • oil for lubricating the mold.

Vanillin can be poured directly onto the apple jam, the filling will turn out to be very aromatic.

Divide the shortbread dough into 2 equal "balls". The first three grated directly onto a mold, greased with vegetable oil. Pour out the jam and gently distribute it over the entire surface. Three remaining portions directly over the cake, making sure that the crumb completely covers the filling. We send to the oven at 200 degrees. Bake until a beautiful golden color appears. Cut the warm cake into rectangles.

Amber apple filling, unleavened shortbread dough that crumbles into grains in the mouth. Hot tea with honey and lemon - what better scenario for a long winter evening?

Dessert with strawberry blank

Many housewives tinder strawberries with sugar during the berry season, and then freeze the mixture. Even frozen strawberries are surprisingly fragrant. It's time to bake a delicious berry pie with her. Shortcrust pastry for the filling will not work - the strawberries are too juicy. But yeast is perfect.

Required components:

  • 500 g yeast dough;
  • frozen strawberries with sugar - 300 g;
  • art. l. potato starch;
  • the protein of one egg;
  • vegetable oil for greasing the baking sheet.

Roll out the yeast dough 1 cm thick. Add potato starch to the strawberry blank so that the filling will not fall apart. Cover the top with a thin mesh of flagella, which we pre-roll from the remains of the dough. Let's put it in the oven at 200 degrees. We bake for 30-40 minutes.

The finished dessert must be defrosted: the dough must rest, become fluffy. Only then we cut it into pieces. A thin crust with a juicy berry filling that smells like summer, a glass of cold milk is a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast for the whole family.

With raspberry jam

You can whip up a raspberry pie. It turns out a surprisingly light delicacy, not cloying and airy at all. The advantage of the recipe is that even slightly fermented raspberries with sugar, or jam, which has begun to be sugared and very thick, are suitable here.

Let's prepare:

  • kefir - a glass;
  • raspberry jam - 250 ml;
  • egg;
  • 400 g flour;
  • a pinch of citric acid;
  • dessert spoon of soda;
  • icing sugar - 30 g.

Instead of kefir, you can take any fermented milk product: varenets, fermented baked milk, yogurt, yogurt.

Pour out the jam, add soda, citric acid to it. Stir and leave for a few minutes. Pour in kefir, add sugar, beaten egg until light foam. Gradually sift the flour to the mass, stirring thoroughly. Pour the dough into a baking dish and cook the cake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Do not open the oven so that the cake will not settle!

You will get a light, lush dessert that resembles a biscuit. The raspberry flavor, airy texture of the pie are worthy of a festive table, and certainly this is the best dish for a family tea party.

Sweet lean recipe

Lenten jam pie is a traditional dessert for people who respect religious traditions. Baking without milk and eggs can really be made incredibly tasty and very healthy if you add a few tablespoons of flax seeds. And we suggest using frozen cranberries with sugar as a filling.

We need:

  • vegetable oil 200 g;
  • 3 glasses of flour (or a little more, depending on how much the dough "takes");
  • 2 tbsp starch;
  • a generous pinch of flax seeds;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • 1, 5 cups cranberries with sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Instead of eggs, the recipe uses flax to bind the dough together.

Flax seeds need to swell. To do this, fill them with boiling water (100 ml) and leave for 2 hours. Grind cranberries in mashed potatoes with a blender, add starch. We also grind flax seeds with a blender to get a grayish viscous mass, add sugar to it. Gradually add to flour.

Our task is to knead an elastic tender dough that will roll out easily. Roll out thin cakes from the dough and bake them in a round shape at 200 degrees. Since they are thin, they are baked almost instantly - in 3-5 minutes. Lubricate the warm cakes with cranberry "cream", put them on top of each other.

You will get an original cake: lean, light, tasty. He must be allowed to soak. It is ideal to bake it the day before and serve it in the morning. It will soak, the cranberries will give the dough their spicy aroma, the cake will be delicious!

Whipped tea cake with jam

Tea cake - helps out when you want a sweet muffin at the table, and it's lazy to cook complex desserts. It even tastes like chocolate baked goods, but the cost of the pie is very low. If desired, it is easy to supplement it with dried fruits, poppy seeds, nuts, coconut.

For the cake, let's prepare:

  • a glass of strong tea leaves (unsweetened);
  • 200 g sugar;
  • 4 tbsp any jam;
  • 2 cups of flour;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp with a slide;
  • 2 eggs;
  • icing sugar for dusting.

We mix all the ingredients in a glass container, achieving a smooth texture without lumps. Pour it into a baking dish. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until tender. You will get a cake of a light chocolate shade, slightly moist inside, thanks to the jam.

Puff pastry treat

Crispy puffs with sweet filling are adored by children and adults. But the best part is that there is absolutely no hassle with dessert. Especially if the hostess has a pack of any puff pastry with or without yeast in stock.

Products composition:

  • apricot jam - glass;
  • a pack of dough - 500 g;
  • butter - a cube.

Roll out the dough into two thin layers. We spread the apricot jam and smooth it over the entire surface of the future cake. Cover with the second part of the puff pastry. In several places we make punctures on the cake - this way it will bake faster and rise evenly. The dessert is baked quickly - in 15 minutes. Just be sure to grease the finished pie with butter - it will saturate the dough, make it juicier, and in combination with the sour filling, you will get an amazingly tasty dish.

Cooking in a multicooker

"Mixed, poured, baked!" Under this motto, we suggest baking a simple pie for the whole family with jam in a slow cooker. The device does not require every second control from the housewives and prepares everything on its own.

Let's prepare:

  • a glass of varenets (kefir, fermented baked milk);
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. flour;
  • h. l. baking powder;
  • any thick jam.

In our opinion, in this recipe, the strawberry filling turns out to be surprisingly tasty: inside the moist pie there are pieces of berries, and their small bones give a pleasant barely perceptible crunch.

We mix all the ingredients, add flour so that the dough is as thick as a charlotte. We pour it on the bottom of the multicooker, oiled. We turn on the baking mode. We are waiting for the signal about the end of cooking and, voila, our treat is ready! Sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate, pour in cocoa and invite everyone to tea.

Dessert with apricot jam

Let's imagine that you are planning a big holiday in your house, and for dessert you will need to serve something very light and equally unusual. We suggest trying a treat of cream, apricot jam with thin biscuit crust.

Let's prepare:

  • heavy cream - 500 ml;
  • vanilla - 2 sachets;
  • apricot jam - 200 ml;
  • mint leaves - for decoration;
  • jubilee cookies - pack.

Grind the cookies into crumbs, put them on one transparent bowl, filling them by one third. Beat the cream until firm peaks. Put apricot jam on the cookies and whipped cream on top. Sprinkle each portion with vanilla, garnish with mint. Dessert can be prepared a couple of hours before serving - the pieces of cookies will be soaked in jam, become juicy. Just remember to serve it chilled.

Sprinkle the cake with the rest of the crumb and send it to the oven at 200 degrees. It bakes surprisingly quickly - in 15-20 minutes. You just have to make sure that the top does not burn. A piece of warm curly pie with a cup of cappuccino is the best start to the work week.

We need:

  • flour - 200 ml;
  • sugar - a glass;
  • a pack of butter -180 g;
  • a glass of cherry jam (pitted!);
  • cottage cheese with a fat content of 5% to 9% - 500 g;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;

  • a pinch of salt and soda.

Three butter on a coarse grater. Add flour, sugar, salt and soda. Quickly grind everything into crumbs until the butter has melted. Pour some of the crumb into a greased mold. Mix cottage cheese with half a glass of sugar, eggs. Pour on crumb. Put the jam on top, and cover the filling with the rest of the crumb.

The pie is baked at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The delicacy turns out to be balanced, not at all cloying, and the pleasant cherry sourness perfectly sets off the cottage cheese.

Open pie

In Russia, it is customary to bake open yeast pies. But we offer a pie in the European way, which is called berry tart. Even ballerinas can afford this light dessert. Of course, only on holidays.

Products composition:

  • flour - 200 ml;
  • sugar - a glass;
  • a pack of butter - 180 g;

  • cream with a fat content of 35% - 200 g;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • a glass of peas (beans);
  • vanillin, bag;
  • a pinch of salt and soda.

During the season, you can take any fresh fruits and berries for the tart, laying out their pieces in a circle.

Mix shortbread dough from butter, flour, sugar and baking powder. We roll it out and put it in a mold, forming the sides. Sprinkle the dough with peas - it will act as a kind of weight, will not let the dough "rise" in the very center. We bake until tender for 15-20 minutes. Put any jam on the finished cake (we have strawberry), and on top - whipped cream. We bake the tart for another 7 minutes. We eat the tart warm, washed down with young sparkling wine.

With currant blank

Baking with currants turns out to be very fragrant. The berries seem to open in the oven, saturating the dough with summer aromas. If you have a bag of frozen berries left in the freezer, we quickly take it out and make a pie.

We need:

  • 200 ml of kefir;
  • 3 eggs;
  • currants, grated with sugar - 1 glass;
  • soda - dessert l;
  • a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 70 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 2 cups of flour.

From flour, eggs, knead the dough on a kefir basis. Add sugar, stir until it dissolves. Pour part of the dough onto the bottom of the mold, and on top, lay out the currants with sugar. Fill with the second part and send the currant charlotte to bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cake with grated chocolate and eat with hot latte.

Jellied pie

The jellied pie will turn out to be moist, crumbly-tender, if you knead the dough with sour cream and add semolina instead of flour. It is better to take jam without sourness. Strawberry jam would be ideal: it will make the delicacy look like the desserts that are so loved in the East.

Let's prepare:

  • 200 ml sour cream;
  • 100 g semolina;
  • 3 eggs;
  • strawberry jam - 1 glass;
  • baking powder - dessert l.;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

Mix semolina with sugar and sour cream, leave for a couple of hours to swell. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, gradually mix in the semolina dough. Season with vanilla. Pour half of the dough into a mold, top with strawberry jam. Try to do everything carefully, because the mass turns out to be quite liquid. Fill with the rest of the dough and send to the oven. We bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.

The finished jellied pie can be additionally impregnated with syrup: mix a teaspoon of honey with water (150 ml) and pour over a warm pie. The delicacy turns out to be fragrant, satisfying, not too cloying. We recommend preparing a milkshake for the cake and enjoying a pleasant meal with the whole family.

Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees for 7 minutes, then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and continue baking the pie for another 40-45 minutes. The result should be a fragrant biscuit with a crust. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the cake if you wish.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and place the pie pan in it. Bake the pie for 40-45 minutes. The readiness of the dish can be determined by the brown crust and the consistency of the pie. The baked goods should spring back under pressure. You can also use a toothpick to check, which should stay dry after you poke through the baked goods.

Cool the cake and then remove it from the mold. Then you can cut the pie into pieces.

Quickly, very tasty and easy to make a pie with jam in the oven, choose the best recipe for yourself from our selection!

To make this cake recipe, use yeast dough.

  • kefir - 350 ml;
  • egg - 2 pcs. (in dough) + 1 pc. (to grease the cake);
  • butter - 40 g;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • dry yeast - 10 g;
  • cinnamon - 10 g;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • flour - 700 g;
  • thick jam or jam (I cooked with grape jam) - 150 g;
  • vegetable oil for lubricating the mold.

Stir the whole mixture, cover with a towel and put in a warm place to activate the yeast (this will take 15-20 minutes). During this time, a lush "cap" will appear on the surface of the dough.

When the dough is ripe (that is, a "hat" appears on the surface of the dough), add it to the sweet egg-butter mass, mix.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts. Roll out most of the dough to the diameter of your mold and cover the bottom with it. Everyone adjusts the thickness of the dough to suit your taste: if you like more dough, roll out the dough 6-7 mm thick.

Recipe 2: quick pie with cherry plum jam in the oven

  • egg - 3 pieces
  • vegetable oil - 90 ml
  • sugar - 200 gr
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • milk - 200 ml
  • flour - 400 gr
  • baking powder - 1.5-2 tsp.
  • vanillin - to taste
  • thick cherry plum jam - 1 glass

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius. Chilled egg is used for baking. Take a deep dough bowl. Ceramic crockery works best.

Break an egg into it and beat lightly until smooth. Continue whisking, adding sugar over a tablespoon, until the grains are completely dissolved. During this time, the mass will turn white and increase significantly in volume.

Add flour if necessary.

Serve the cherry plum jam pie chilled well, cut into small portions.

  • vanillin - pinch
  • jam - 300 gr

Pour in hot margarine, mix quickly. The consistency of the dough should be very similar to custard.

Spread out parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the dough.

Grease the dough with jam.

Recipe 4: fluffy kefir pie with jam in the oven

The pie comes out very fluffy, crumbly and aromatic.

  • Kefir - 200 ml. (not a full glass)
  • Flour - 450 grams (about 3 cups)
  • Sugar - 200 grams (not a full glass)
  • Egg - 3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil - 100 ml. (slightly more than half a glass)
  • Baking powder - 1.5 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Jam with filling - 1 glass

Beat eggs with salt and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.

Poured vegetable oil, mixed.

Poured kefir, mixed again.

I poured flour with baking powder, mixed it only not with a mixer, but with a simple whisk, the dough comes out so fluffy that it does not settle.

The dough should not be very thick in consistency, but not liquid, so that it spreads in shape. Poured half of the dough into a mold.

I put the jam on top, I have it apricot slices and not very thick. I don't put the jam on the edges, so that the top layer of dough will fix the edges and the jam will remain inside the pie.

So that the jam does not flow out of the pie during cooking, for safety reasons, I sprinkled it with starch. As a result, liquid jam will turn into jelly under the influence of high temperature and nothing will flow out.

Poured the second half of the dough on top.

I put the form in a preheated oven and baked kefir pie with jam at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until cooked and browned.

I cooled the pie, cut into pieces and sprinkled with icing sugar. It's delicious with milk!

Recipe 5: a quick currant jam pie in the oven

  • Jam (half a can of half a liter, I took red currants with raspberries) - 250 ml
  • Sunflower oil - 0.5 stack.
  • Milk (instead of milk, you can take any liquid: water, kefir, whey) - 1/3 stack.
  • Sour cream (optional. It works well without it) - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Wheat flour (sift) - 1.5 stack.
  • Vanillin (about 1 gram in our usual bag) - 1 bag.
  • Soda (not extinguished, because jam usually has an acidic medium) - 1.5 tsp.

We turn on the oven at 200 degrees, let it heat up while we prepare the dough. Grease the baking dish with oil.

We mix all the liquid ingredients: jam, butter, liquid, sour cream. A 2-liter bowl and spoon are enough for me to knead.

Then I sift the dry ingredients right into the bowl: flour, soda, vanillin.

You can choose any additives you like: raisins, nuts, cinnamon, oatmeal.
The main ingredients are: jam, butter, flour and soda.

The point to which I want to draw your attention. After adding soda, knead very quickly, no more than a minute. Pour into a mold immediately and place in a preheated oven.

We bake, depending on the shape and oven, for 20-30 minutes.
You can decorate the top as you wish: icing sugar, icing, fruit compositions, berries from jam.
Enjoy your cooking, wholesome and quick!

Recipe 7, step by step: a quick sand cake in the oven

To cook a recipe for a shortbread cake with jam in the oven does not take much time, we take the simplest products:

  • Flour - 490 g
  • Sugar - 160 g
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Baking powder - 6 g
  • Vanillin - a small pinch
  • Thick rhubarb jam - 540 g

We grate the chilled butter.

Add eggs, baking powder and vanillin to a bowl of sugar, mix well with a whisk.

Combine with grated butter.

Add flour in parts (it may take more or less) and knead the dough.

The dough is not sticky and quite dense.

Prepare a baking dish with a diameter of 28 or 30 cm. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper. Separate 1/3 from the dough and set aside. Roll the rest (most) of the dough into a circle equal to the diameter of the mold. Using a rolling pin, transfer the dough into a mold. We form low sides.

Distribute the jam evenly (I have jam - from rhubarb and orange).

Now we roll out the deferred piece of dough into a not thick layer and cut into strips, which we then put in the form of a lattice on the jam.

The edges of the sides can also be decorated with stripes. We put the cake pan on the second level from the bottom in the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes (focus on your oven).

We take out of the oven a simple, but very tasty and beautiful sand cake with jam, cool it. Remove from the mold and cut into portions.

A crumbly shortcrust pastry with jam is quickly ready. Enjoy your tea!

Recipe 9: pie in the oven with currant jam (step by step photos)

  • kefir - 220 ml
  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • vegetable oil - 100 g
  • sugar - 220 g
  • flour - 420 g
  • baking powder - 1.5 tsp.
  • salt to taste
  • vanillin - to taste
  • jam - 220 g

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and start working with the dough. To do this, break the egg into a deep, dry bowl. Beat the egg with a whisk until airy foam, without separating the yolks from the whites. Spoon in sugar and salt to taste. Beat the mixture until the sugar dissolves.

Add vegetable oil to the dough, pouring in a thin stream, and mix it thoroughly. Pour in chilled kefir next. You can use a fermented milk product that is not the first freshness. Mix the ingredients well.

Sift the flour several times and gently add the vanilla and baking powder to the dough. The finished mass should be thick, somewhat denser than for baking a biscuit.

Cover a deep cake pan with paper, having greased it on both sides with vegetable oil. Lightly coat the bottom and sides of the pan with flour. Spread half the dough over the bottom of the mold. Lay out the filling. Try to pour the jam evenly and smooth it out a little. Cover the jam with a layer of dough, spreading it out in small portions and spreading it over the surface of the pie.
