  • chicken eggs - 6 pcs.,
  • celery - 2 pcs.,
  • mayonnaise - ¾ glass,
  • skim cream - ½ cup,
  • bell pepper - ¼ glass,
  • white vinegar - ¼ glass,
  • fresh herbs (green onions, parsley, dill) - to taste,
  • garlic -1 clove,
  • mustard - 2 tsp,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

To prepare a salad with bacon, you will need the following inventory: a cutting board, a deep bowl, a large saucepan, a deep bowl, a frying pan, a knife and spoons, plates, a dish for serving salad.

  1. We wash the tubers thoroughly. We put to cook directly in the peel. The potatoes must hold their shape, so boil them for about 25 minutes. Put the finished potatoes on a cutting board. Allow the potatoes to cool slightly before peeling and chopping.

  4. Put the potatoes and eggs in a large bowl. We also cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes and pour into the same container as the potatoes with eggs. Peel and dice the red onion in a bowl. If the onion is too bitter, you can scald it with boiling water.
  5. Clean the sausage and cut into small pieces, add to the salad.
  6. Wash the apple, remove the core, cut into small pieces. If the skin is tough, you can cut it off. Add corn.
  7. Finely chop the green onion and add to the salad. Season the dish with sour cream or mayonnaise, salt and add spices. The salad is ready, you need to transfer it to a salad bowl and refrigerate to soak.
