It is unusually airy and silky, rich, tasty and by the way, it can be used as a basic recipe for making various delicious homemade cakes. For dough, mix warm milk with sugar and dissolve yeast in it. Then add 110 grams of flour and stir well with a whisk until the lumps disappear completely. We cover our bowl and put it in a warm place for 30 - 40 minutes. During this time, the dough is activated and increases in volume. Then add sour cream, eggs, salt and sifted flour in parts. We knead a homogeneous soft dough for about 10 minutes, add vegetable oil at the very end. The sour cream dough should not stick to your hands, it should be light, soft, smooth and very pleasant to the touch. We transfer it to a clean bowl, lightly oiled with vegetable oil, cover and put in a warm place to raise for 1 - 1.5 hours. As soon as it comes up, you can start baking.
