Put the meat in the multicooker bowl and cover with water. Close the lid, set the Soup mode and cook for 30 minutes.
Then remove the resulting foam and add vegetables: roasted carrots and onions, garlic, cabbage and potatoes. Pepper and salt, stir. Set the "Soup" mode again and cook the cabbage soup in a slow cooker for another 30 minutes or until the vegetables are ready.
If you want to use meat on the bone to prepare your soup, then after frying the carrots and onions, cook the meat in the Soup mode for an hour or until tender. Then remove the meat and load the vegetables, remember to add salt and pepper to your taste. Cook on Soup for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. In the meantime, remove the meat from the bone and cut or disassemble into small pieces. Add to soup 5 minutes before cabbage soup is cooked. Bon appetit!

Pour a little vegetable oil, put onions and carrots, fry for 5 minutes:
And then add the tomato paste and fry for another 5 minutes. The conditional time, of course, can be longer.
Cut potatoes into cubes, peppers and tomatoes into strips, chop fresh cabbage.
We put all vegetables and meat in a slow cooker on our frying, pour water, salt.
