I sprinkle the working surface with flour, put the dough on it and roll it a little. Then I put a plate on it and cut a circle with a knife.


I put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, gently spread the cut circles on top. Pieces that remained from the circle also put bake, they still come in handy. Then I make incisions on all the cakes so that they do not swell and bake well.


I set them to bake in the oven, at a temperature of 200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven and the thickness of the rolled cakes.
