  • icing sugar - 250 grams;

  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon;
  • food colorings;
  • beads.
  Dice the butter at room temperature. Add sugar and eggs to it and beat everything with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Then put flour, spices, cocoa, ginger and soda. Mix everything.

Wrap the dough in foil and send it to the refrigerator for about half an hour.

When the time comes, divide the dough into two halves. Put one of them on baking paper, flatten a little, and then cover with another sheet of baking paper. Roll out the dough. You should end up with an even layer of dough, the thickness of which is 5-7 millimeters.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place baking paper on a baking sheet.

  Tip:  if the figures are thicker than 7 millimeters, hold the cookie for another 4 minutes.

For glaze, combine all the ingredients and beat them with a mixer for 10 minutes. You will get a glossy mass.

  Tip:to check if the glaze is suitable, swipe it with a knife - there should be a trace on the glaze for about 10 seconds. Too much liquid mass can be corrected with powdered sugar and a mixer, and too thick mass can be diluted with a spoonful of warm water.
