In this case, simple snacks become a real lifesaver, thanks to which you can perfectly satisfy a little hunger. One of these snacks is boiled eggs stuffed with canned food. This dish is very simple and easy to prepare, moreover, it looks very appetizing. About how to quickly cook eggs stuffed with sardines (you can replace any other canned fish in oil), I will gladly tell you in this simple recipe. So, for the preparation of stuffed eggs you need the following ingredients:

  • chicken eggs - 10 pcs.;
  • sardine - 1 jar;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • a bunch of dill, salt, pepper - to taste.

How to make canned stuffed eggs

First of all, it is necessary. So that the shell does not crack during cooking, the eggs must be dipped in boiling, slightly salted water. Cooking time is 10 minutes. After this time, remove the eggs from the boiling water and immerse them in cold water. After such a cold bath, the shell will come off easily. When the eggs are cool, the shells need to be peeled.

Cut the cooled boiled eggs into 2 parts. Remove the yolk from each half.

Put the halves of the yolks in a separate plate. Add salt, pepper, sardine pieces and a spoon to these. By the way, if you have the opportunity, you can also add a couple of tablespoons of finely chopped, or even better chopped in a blender, walnuts to the mixture. Thanks to them, the appetizer will have an unusual and rich taste.

Stir the mixture thoroughly with a fork. If it turns out to be too dry, you can pour 1-2 tbsp into it. l. liquid left over from the sardine, or add some more mayonnaise.

How to make stuffed eggs with sardines:

1. As we already described in the recipe, the eggs must be boiled. Moreover, it is not easy to boil, but so that it is possible to completely peel the eggs and easily get the yolk out of them. It is clear that in order for an appetizer of eggs with sardines to look appetizing and attractive, they must be easy to peel. And it is not at all an option to cook half more eggs with the expectation that half will lose their appearance when peeling.
Advice: in order for the eggs to cleanse well, you need to salt the water in which you will cook them. Add 1 tablespoon of salt per 2 liters of water. And another safe option - after boiling the eggs, immediately replace the boiling water with ice water. You can simply put a saucepan with eggs under running cold water, or you can both prepare ice water and immediately move the eggs there for a while until they cool.
Eggs already boiled for 10 minutes, peel and extract the yolks from them. Boil the carrots in parallel, then scrape off its thin skin with a knife.

2. Combine the extracted yolks and boiled carrots in one bowl. A pinch of salt can be added immediately if desired. The sardine is already salty, so in the ingredients we indicated that salt should be added to taste and desire.

3. Grind the yolks and carrots with a fork.
Advice: it is advisable not to use a blender. A filling that is too smooth for the testicles will not taste so good. If there is absolutely no time to work with a fork, use a meat grinder.

4. Discard the sardines in a colander, as we will only use fish for stuffing the eggs. Add canned food to yolks and carrots. Use a chopping fork again. In this case, it is not necessary to get the bones from the fish. In high-quality canned food, bones are so soft that you won't even feel them.
Also add mayonnaise in this step.

Two eggs will be stuffed in halves, and 4 - in "barrels". It is not a problem to remove the yolk from the halves. For whole eggs, cut off 1/3 of the sharp end. The blunt end can be trimmed for stability. It is difficult to remove the yolk whole from such an egg without damaging the white. Take out in parts with a coffee spoon.

Mash the yolks from six boiled eggs with a fork, add 1 tablespoon to them. sour cream, 1 tsp. mustard, 3 tbsp. soft cheese, finely chopped chives and dill, 2 tsp. lemon juice, at the end add finely chopped fillet of lightly salted salmon (200 g). Stir again and gently fill in the whites.


STUFFED EGGS IN FRENCH

The special thing about these stuffed eggs is that they are served hot. Mix 8 yolks with 80 g of chopped ham, 1 tbsp. green onions, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. mustard, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. black pepper. Two slices of white bread must be broken into pieces and dried in the microwave, then grated on crumbs. For the sauce, fry the flour in oil, cool, dilute with milk and boil until thickened.
Fry the liver with the chopped onion rings. Add yolks and strain everything through a sieve, mix with butter and sauce. Season with salt, pepper and cognac. Mix thoroughly.
Fill the halves of the eggs with the prepared mass. When serving, place on lettuce leaves.


Eggs stuffed with cheese and mushrooms

Boiled egg - 2 pcs.
grated Dutch cheese - 180 g
canned mushrooms - 30 g
mayonnaise - 30 g
sour cream - 25 g
butter - 10 g
dill and parsley
salt

Peel the eggs, cut in half lengthwise, remove the yolks. Finely chop the marinated champignons. Mash the yolks with 1/3 of the cheese and butter, add the chopped mushrooms and mix well. Stuff the eggs with the mixture.
Season the remaining cheese with sour cream, put in a salad bowl, spread the stuffed egg halves on top, pour with mayonnaise and decorate with herbs.

Eggs stuffed with smoked salmon

Egg - 4 pcs.
smoked salmon fillet - 120 g
butter - 60 g
mustard - 1 tsp
chopped dill greens - 1 tsp

Hard boil the eggs and refrigerate. Cut them in half and remove the yolks.
Chop the salmon, leaving some for decoration. Add yolks, butter, mustard and dill, whisk.
Fill the halves of the proteins with the prepared mass.
Place the stuffed eggs on a dish, decorate with fish slices and herbs.


Merchant-style stuffed eggs

Eggs - 4 pcs.
salted salmon - 100 fillets
red and black caviar - 3 tbsp each spoons
butter - 100 g
mustard - 1 tsp

Peel the eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks and rub them with mustard and some butter until smooth.
Cut the salmon fillet into slices, place black and red caviar on each and wrap in rolls.
Put the egg-buttered mass on the halves of the egg whites, and the fish rolls on top.
When serving, place on lettuce leaves, decorating with herbs, with a butter net.


Stuffed eggs

Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
mushrooms - 200 g
sprat fillet of spiced salting - 2-3 pcs.
ham - 50 g
sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
chopped dill greens - 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt, sugar, ground black pepper to taste
drying - 2 pcs.
green lettuce leaves - 4 pcs.

Remove the yolks from the eggs, cutting them by about a quarter.
Attach the halves of the dryers to the egg whites on the side in the form of handles.
Cut the mushrooms into cubes and simmer in sour cream. Add mashed yolks, finely chopped sprat fillets and ham, salt, sugar, lemon juice, herbs and stir.
Fill the egg cups with minced meat.
Serve the stuffed eggs on lettuce leaves.


Stuffed eggs "Bravo"

Eggs - 4 pcs.
champignons - 300 g
carrots - 1 pc.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
grated hard cheese - 100 g
mayonnaise - 100 g
Cut the champignons into small cubes, finely grate the carrots, fry in oil separately.

Hard boil the eggs. Carefully cut them in half and remove the yolks. Prepare the filling by combining mashed yolks with fried mushrooms, carrots, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Stuff the eggs generously, with a slide. You can decorate with a parsley leaf.
