Instructions:

Ingredients

4 potatoes;

500 g of champignons;

15 meatballs;

5 tablespoons of sour cream;

1 carrot;

2 onions;

Oil, spices;

150 g of cheese.

Preparation

1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into small cubes of 5-7 millimeters, visually divide them in half and spread one part into 5 pots.

2. Cut the carrots into circles and spread them over the potatoes.

3. Cut onions and mushrooms, fry in a pan.

4. Put 3 meatballs on the carrots in each pot. If the meatballs are small, you can add more.

5. Put the mushrooms fried with onions on the meatballs. We also distribute to all the pots.

6. Lay out the rest of the potatoes on top.

7. Put spices in each pot and pour hot water on top, but no more than half the pot.

8. Put a spoonful of sour cream (mayonnaise).

9. Close, cook 35 minutes at 180 degrees.

10. Rub the cheese coarsely.

11. Take out the pots, put the cheese on top, put it back in the oven.

12. We add temperature to 200 degrees. Cook for about 10 more minutes, but it can be longer, until the cheese is well browned.

Potatoes can be cooked not only with fresh mushrooms, but also dried ones. First, the product must be soaked well, preferably in cold milk, then the dish is prepared according to the recipe.

The dish is served in the same pots in which it was cooked. Transferring potatoes to another dish is unnecessary.

Instead of a lid, you can cover the pot with a piece of unleavened dough. At the same time, you get a wonderful replacement for bread.

Potatoes do not need to be cooked in portioned pots. If you have a large clay pot, then you can use it, the dish will turn out to be even tastier.

Instead of a pot, you can also use a small pumpkin, in which case the whole dish will turn out to be edible with the exception of the outermost crust.
