  • 3 pcs. boiled potatoes
  • 2 pcs. boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 4 things. a tomato
  • 8-10 pitted olives
  • greens to taste
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Cooking method:

  1. Potatoes, tuna and eggs chop finely into separate bowls.
  2. Mix tuna liquid with lemon juice and vegetable oil.
  3. Cut the pomidoros into thin strips.
  4. Put a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the salad bowl, then tuna with eggs and tomatoes.
  5. Coat everything with sauce and repeat all layers.
  6. Decorate the salad with olives and herbs.

Recipe Puff saury salad with red caviar

Ingredients:

  • 2 b. saury (canned in oil)
  • onion
  • 100 g boiled rice
  • 2 pcs. carrots
  • 2 tbsp. l. red caviar
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • vegetable oil
  • mayonnaise

Cooking method:

  1. Chop the carrots and onions into strips and fry the carrots in vegetable oil.
  2. Drain the oil from canned saury, knead the fish with a fork and put in a salad bowl.
  3. Then carrots and onions, some rice and crumble the eggs.
  4. Soak the salad with mayonnaise.
  5. Decorate with red caviar.

Recipe Chicken Salad with Honey Agaric

Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. chicken breasts
  • onion
  • 300 gr. pickled honey mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • vinegar
  • mayonnaise
  • greens

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the breasts, cool and tear them into small pieces with your hands.
  2. Cut the onion into half rings and pour over vinegar for 20 minutes.
  3. I boil eggs, cool, peel and chop finely.
  4. Put the ingredients in a salad bowl in layers: chicken, onion, mayonnaise, mushrooms,mayonnaise, eggs and mayonnaise on top.
  5. Decorate the salad with mushrooms and herbs.

Red Riding Hood Salad
Ingredients:
onion chicken breast (smoked or grilled)
boiled potatoes
walnuts
boiled carrots
boiled eggs
hard cheese
pomegranate seeds for decoration
The salad must be laid in layers and each coated with mayonnaise:
1 layer - cut the onion into cubes or rings and pour over boiling water to remove the bitterness;
2nd layer - diced potatoes;
3rd layer - finely chopped chicken breast;
4th layer - walnuts (grate or grind them in a blender);
5th layer - diced carrots;
6 layer - eggs, grate on a coarse grater;
7 layer - hard cheese, grate.
Garnish the top of the salad with pomegranate seeds.
Leshy salad


Ingredients:
1 chicken fillet
2 onions
400 g champignons
2 boiled eggs
100 g hard cheese
1/2 tbsp. shelled walnuts
mayonnaise to taste
salt, pepper - to taste
olives for decoration
Boil the chicken breast and cut it into pieces. Chop the onion and champignons and fry them separately in a skillet. Grate eggs and cheese on a coarse grater. Next, add the nuts, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Take a flat dish and place a glass in the middle of it. Spread the lettuce around and press down a little with a spoon to keep it from scattering. Take the glass and garnish the salad with herbs and olives.
Puff salad


Ingredients:
1 can of any canned food (tuna, pink salmon, saury)
6 pcs. crab sticks
half a can of corn
1 processed cheese
4 boiled eggs
half an onion or some green onions
200 g mayonnaise
Mash canned food with a fork. Chop crab sticks and onions. Grate the cheese. Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, mash both with a fork.
Laying the salad in layers:
1 layer - canned food;
2nd layer - onions;
3rd layer - mayonnaise;
4th layer - cheese;
5th layer - corn;
6 layer - mayonnaise;
7th layer - crab sticks;
8 layer - mayonnaise;
9 layer - protein + mayonnaise.
Pickled mushroom salad


Ingredients:
1 can of pickled mushrooms
bunch of green onions
300 g ham
3 pcs. boiled "in uniforms" potatoes
3 eggs
mayonnaise
Take a deep bowl and lay the salad in layers:
1 layer - pickled mushrooms;
2nd layer - green onions;
3rd layer - diced ham;
4th layer - diced potatoes;
5th layer - finely chopped boiled eggs.
Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Then refrigerate the salad and flip it over to a different plate before serving.
"Women's Caprice" salad


Ingredients:
potatoes
fried honey mushrooms with onions
carrot
1 egg
cheese
mayonnaise
Lay out the salad in layers, each layer under mayonnaise, add salt to taste:
1 layer - boiled potatoes, grated;
2nd layer - fried mushrooms with onions;
3rd layer - boiled carrots;
4th layer - grated yolk;
5th layer - grated cheese;
6 layer - protein.
Decorate the salad with boiled carrot roses.
