We chop the onion in half rings 6-7 millimeters thick or in large cubes 1 centimeter.


Grind the potatoes with long straws, slices or rings with a thickness of about 7 to 9 millimeters, distribute the cuts into separate bowls, put other necessary ingredients on the countertop and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: put the food into the mold.



At the bottom of the prepared baking sheet or mold, distribute pieces of beaten pork in an even layer. Sprinkle the meat with half of the chopped onion and spread the potatoes figuratively or in artistic disorder on top of it. Season it to taste with salt, black pepper and, if desired, an additional portion of meat spices.


Then sprinkle with the remnants of the onion, decorate with chopped tomatoes and tighten the form with aluminum food foil, trying to do it so that there are no cracks.

Step 4: bake meat with potatoes and tomatoes in the oven.
