Cooking

We start cooking snack rolls with the preparation of products. Lavash needs to be cut so that a rectangle is obtained. From salmon we need a skinless filet. Cream cheese it is better to keep warm before cooking. A few olive berries in store for decoration dishes.

First, we cut the salmon with short ribbons.

Smear cream cheese with a thin layer on pita bread. This is most conveniently done with a knife, slightly warming it in boiling water, but wiping it dry.

Next, chop the fish ribbons into small pieces.

We will cover them with a cheese layer. Between the pieces you need to try to make spaces, and not lay the salmon on top of each other. Approximately 1 cm from the edge should be left without fish, then to fasten them roll.

Gently roll the pita bread starting from the width of the rectangle to the opposite side. We will stick the resulting roll with the edge of the layer. We, in turn, additionally coat it with cream cheese. We pack the workpiece in a film and put it in the freezer for a while.

Once the cheese has set, the rolled pita bread with the filling can be cut into rings of the same size. Then we distribute pita rolls with salmon on a serving dish, add olives and serve for an appetizer holiday dinner. From pita bread you can cook a wide variety of snacks with interesting fillings.
