1. Fry the mushrooms.

2. Stir the mushrooms with a soft butter squeezed through a press of garlic, salt and pepper.

  Ingredients:

Minced pork and beef 1: 1 - gram 300-400;

Then we proceed to the formation of rolls. We spread the unleashed pita leaf with garlic sauce and spread the mixture of minced meat, onion and carrots with an even layer, while keeping small indents along the edges. Next, sprinkle the filling with herbs and smooth.

Spread another sheet of pita bread with garlic sauce on both sides, and gently spread on top of the minced meat. Put the lettuce leaves on the next layer, on the surface of which distribute the circles of tomatoes, well coat with mayonnaise. We cover all layers with a third sheet of pita bread, which must first be coated with garlic sauce on all sides. Sprinkle the surface of the cheese and carefully roll everything into a roll. Send the finished roll to the refrigerator or a cool place for an hour, and then cut into pieces about a couple of centimeters thick.

Lavash roll with crab sticks
  Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 300g;

Dill - 2 bunches;

Eggs - 6 pcs.;

Mayonnaise;

Cheese - 200 gr.;

Thin pita bread - 3 pcs.;

Garlic - 5 cloves.

Recipe:

Boil eggs with cheese and crab sticks through a meat grinder. Grind dill and garlic.

We prepare the filling intended for the second layer. We mix the mayonnaise with the eggs to get a consistency that resembles the mass intended for the first layer.

We are preparing the filling for the third layer. Stir dill with mayonnaise.

Next, lay out the leaves of pita bread, on which we place the corresponding fillings and put them in the form of a pie. Roll the pita bread with the toppings. To keep the finished roll, it is recommended to wrap it in foil. Send the finished roll to the refrigerator or a cool place for 6 hours, and then cut into pieces about a couple of centimeters thick.

Lavash roll with fish

To prepare a roll of pita bread with fish:

Ingredients:

Eggs - 3 pcs.;

Canned fish - can:

Garlic - 4 cloves;

Mayonnaise;

Cheese - 200 gr.;

Thin pita bread - 3 pcs.;

Recipe:

Boil the eggs in salted water until tender, then cool them and free from the shell and chop. Drain the canned liquid and mash the fish with a fork. Grate the cheese.

Combine chopped greens, garlic and mayonnaise. Lubricate the pita leaf with the mixture and carefully lay it on the table. Next, sprinkle evenly on the cheese and cover with a second sheet of pita bread.

Pour the second pita bread with mayonnaise and place canned fish on its surface, after which we cover it with the last sheet of pita bread.

Pour the third pita bread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped eggs.

We turn the resulting pie in the form of a roll, press it and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour. Cut the finished roll into small pieces, sprinkle with herbs.

Lavash roll with mushrooms and cheese
  To prepare a roll of pita bread with mushrooms and cheese:

Dill - a bunch;

Thin pita bread - 3 pcs.;

Petruka - a bunch;

Cheese - 300 gr.;

Pickled champignons - 450 gr.;

Mayonnaise;

Onion - a couple of pieces.

Recipe:

Put the first sheet of pita bread on the table, coat well with a layer of mayonnaise, sprinkle the surface with chopped herbs. Next, place the second leaf, pour it with mayonnaise and carefully spread the mushrooms on the surface.   • 3 thin pita bread
  • 300 g crab sticks

  • 6 eggs

  1. Pita bread is prepared in several layers, then it turns into a roll. Boil hard-boiled eggs, pass them through a meat grinder along with crab sticks and cheese. You can finely chop these ingredients. Grind the garlic on a grater or press, finely chop the dill.
  2. Prepare the filling on the first layer. To do this, mix the crab sticks, mayonnaise and garlic. It should not be a thick, but not a liquid consistency.
