  • 3 eggs;
  • 100 gr. hard cheese;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

Boil and cool the eggs in advance. Grate hard cheese and boiled eggs, mix and add chopped garlic. Best of all, finely chop the garlic with a knife. When using garlic presses, the taste of the snack will deteriorate somewhat.

Add a little mayonnaise to the mixture. Do not overdo it with the sauce, otherwise the filling will “float”, which will make the appetizer less appetizing. We try, if necessary, season with salt and pepper.

Now you need to chop the cucumber. The peel from it is better to clean. And then cut the vegetable into small cubes. The length of the stick should be equal to the length of the crab stick, and the cross section is approximately 5 x 5 mm.

Expand the crab sticks. On the edge of the resulting tape we lay out a layer of filling 3 cm wide and 0.5 cm thick. In the center of the laid strip of filling we put a block of cucumber. We wrap a crab stick with a tight roll. We cut the stick into 3-4 parts and put it on the dish slices up.

Tasty and original appetizer - crab sticks stuffed with cod liver. Buy a natural liver to cook this dish, not canned paste.

  • 10 crab sticks;
  • 115 gr. cod liver;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cream cheese
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Boil and cool eggs in advance, pour cold water. We take out the liver from the jar and knead with a fork. Add eggs grated on the finest grater. If the mixture turns out to be slightly dry, pour a little oil from the can. Add the grated processed cheese to the mass, season with pepper, if necessary, add salt.

Carefully unfold the crab sticks. Lubricate the resulting “ribbons with the cooked filling and roll them up again. We put the cooked snack in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Before serving, you can cut each stick into 2-3 parts.

Crab sticks stuffed with canned fish

You can use as a filling for crab sticks. Best of all, choose canned food made in your own juice. You can use saury, pink salmon, mackerel.

  • 10-12 crab sticks;
  • 1 can of canned fish (250 gr.);
  • 1 onion;
  • 3 eggs;
  • sprigs of greenery for serving.

Open the canned fish from the can, knead it with a fork, choosing large bones. Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, grate. Onions need to be chopped very finely. We mix the prepared products, season with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Advice! For the preparation of this snack, it is better to use white onions. If there is only onion, then it needs to be cut and scalded with boiling water to make the taste less harsh.
