For a garnish for 4 servings, you will need the following ingredients: a head of red cabbage, a green apple, butter (about 40-60 g), half an onion, a few cloves of garlic, 100 ml of water and about 30 ml of apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs - each to taste.
