Mix sour cream with vegetable broth, add a little salt. If the child normally perceives garlic or onions, then you can crumble a little and add to the sauce. Fill the patties and simmer until soft. Some children treat greenery normally, but in this case we introduce it at the end, when the dish is ready.

If a child loves buckwheat, then you can cook such meatballs with it. At will, instead of a frying pan, we spread the formed products into a double boiler, bring to readiness, as in one of the recipes above.

Option 4: Turkey Cheese Cutlets

We select high-quality and natural cheese, in which there are no chemical additives, flavorings, fillers. Such turkey cutlets for children can be steamed or simply stewed in a frying pan with the addition of water (sour cream broth), but this is an option for the oven. The baked dish turns out to be very tasty, covered with a crust, but it does not contain excess fat.

  • 0.4 kg turkey fillet;

  • 70 g of sour cream 15%;
  • 0.1 liters of whole milk;
  • three quail eggs;
  • 0.1 kg of hard cheese (Russian);

Soak the bread in milk. We wash the turkey, cut it into pieces, put it in a food processor. Cut the onion into slices. Fold after the turkey. Beat thoroughly several times, then introduce softened slices of bread. Beat until smooth, make a lush and homogeneous mass.

Rub the cheese finely. Add turkey stuffing and immediately throw quail eggs. You can take one small chicken egg. Add two pinches of salt and stir. Hands make neat cutlets. They can be of arbitrary size, but the same balls should be obtained among themselves. Put in a small baking sheet.

We put the patties to bake for about ten minutes, the temperature is 180 degrees. We look, far from leaving. As soon as a light crust begins to appear, take out the form from the oven. We cover each cutlet with sour cream, and the shape with a piece of foil. Put in the oven for another twenty minutes.

How to cook

We rub the carrots, just cut the onion into small pieces. We spread the vegetables in a frying pan with two teaspoons of oil, pour the same amount of water and simmer for ten minutes under the lid. Then cool the vegetables. If a lot of juice has accumulated, then evaporate the excess water.

There is time to grind the minced meat. Rub a slice of zucchini into it, add the egg. Next, spread the vegetables and salt. Mix the cutlet mass. If it is done in advance, then in no case do not need to salt. It is better to do this immediately before cooking, as the zucchini likes to secrete juice.

We send it to a double boiler on a pallet, cook for half an hour. Or we make cutlets, put on a greased baking sheet, cover with a thin layer of sour cream and just bake in the oven.
