  • white cabbage - 300 grams
  • butter - 30 grams for the filling

  • a pinch of salt for the filling
  • water 150 ml

Cooking method:

Dilute the yeast in warm milk (100 ml), add 150 grams of flour, knead the dough. Cover with a cloth and place in a warm place for 2 hours. Dissolve salt and sugar in the remaining milk, introduce an egg. Add this mixture to the finished dough, also add the remaining flour. Melt 20 grams of butter, add to the dough. Knead thoroughly. Then again cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for another 2 hours (during this time, the dough should be kneaded 1 time).

Finely chop the cabbage, boil the hard-boiled egg. Pour water into a preheated skillet, add butter and cabbage. Simmer until cooked, cool, add finely chopped boiled egg, mix.

Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces, give them a rest on a table sprinkled with flour for about 15 minutes.

Turn on the oven 180 degrees.
