Lemon juice

Lemon juice contains large amounts of citric acid and vitamin C.
  It is indicated as an additive to mashed apples or bananas, with cookies. After adding sugar syrup, it is prescribed as the first fruit juice for small infants. But it is not well tolerated by all children. For older children, it can be used as a soft drink sweetened with sugar and diluted with water.

Due to the high content of acids - a very sour taste - many children refuse to take lemon juice, preferring orange.
  Pure lemon juice obtained by squeezing, as an additional preparation rich in sugar syrup, is usually prescribed for older children, giving it with a spoon in certain febrile conditions (a method introduced in "home medicine", and, of course, shown due to the supply of vitamin C and refreshing quality).

Carrot soup

Carrot soup is an important dish in the treatment of diarrhea in an infant.

To prepare carrot soup you need:
  - 500 g of carrots for older infants;
  - 1 liter of water;
  - 2 g of salt (at the tip of a knife);
  - enamel pan for 2 l;
  - thick sieve.

Younger carrots are selected, cleaned, washed and cut into thin circles. After that, put on fire in a pot containing 1 liter of cold water. All boil for 2 hours over moderate heat until the carrot mugs are tender. During boiling water is added up to 1 liter. After boiling, the carrots are rubbed 2 times through a thick sieve or in a blender, 3 g of salt is added, as well as water up to 1 liter and again the pan is put on fire, where it should boil 2-3 times.

After boiling, the pan with carrot soup is placed in cold water for cooling.

Soup is stored in the refrigerator for a day.

Before filling a bottle or cup, carrot soup mixes well for homogenization, and a bottle or cup for soup is heated before serving.

You can store such cubes for a month. 30 minutes before eating, put 2-3 cubes in a bowl and put in hot water.

Rice jelly

The following proportions are necessary for its preparation: 150 g of rice (2 full tablespoons); 3 g of salt - on the tip of a knife; 50 g of sugar (10 spoons) and 1 liter of water.

50 g of rice is removed, washed and soaked for 12 hours in cold water, which is then brought to 1.5 liters. The mixture is put on moderate heat for 1-2 hours until the rice grains are easily broken down and the amount of water is reduced to 1 liter; during boiling, the water is constantly mixed so that the rice does not stick to the walls of the vessel. When the rice is well cooked, the entire contents of the vessel are wiped with a blender, 50 g of sugar is added, a pinch of salt and still boiled 2-3 times.

Rice jelly is used for infants older than 4 months as a diet for diarrhea.

Push: I don’t use milk in my baby’s diet for up to a year — I replace it with a mixture (it would be breast, I would add it) and I don’t take sugar and salt.

I create a post, maybe I don’t know what to cook for my peanut ... maybe someone will also come in handy

Today I am happy to share with you an interesting recipe for a children's table. So delicious and healthy   rice pudding with apple.

The cooking time for such a pudding varies around 30 minutes, which is relatively short. For baking, you can use either a conventional oven or air grill  or a double boiler. The dish is very airy and delicious, so I highly recommend trying it!

Rice pudding with apple can be introduced into the child’s diet already from one and a half years. Although, in principle, it is possible a little earlier, if the baby by that time has already managed to get enough teeth to chew and will have these same chewing skills.

Ingredients

  • Rice - 3 tablespoons;
  • Apple - 1 pc;
  • Milk - 1 cup;
  • Egg - 1 pc;
  • Butter - 1 teaspoon;
  • Sugar - 2 teaspoons;

Cooking

Pour rice into the pan, rinse it thoroughly, fill it with cold water and cook.

When the rice is ready, pour a glass of milk, a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt into the pan and continue to cook the rice. After a few minutes, we should get viscous rice porridge.

Please note that the porridge must be boiled down to such a thick state, if it turns out to be liquid, the pudding will not work and will fall apart.

Rice milk porridge

While the rice is boiling, separate the yolk from the protein. Add a teaspoon of sugar to the yolk and mix thoroughly.

Whisk the protein in a thick foam.

  Protein foam

Peel the apple and three on a fine grater.

  Three apple

When the rice porridge is ready, pour the apple and yolk into the pan. After that, add the protein and mix very well.

  Rice mass

Now we take a baking dish (we have 🙂), grease the bottom with butter, pour the rice mass and put in the oven, hot air grill or double boiler.

  Our bear

Bake until a delicious crust forms.

  Done!

Oven or double boiler

20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

Air grill

10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees and a low fan speed.

10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees and an average fan speed.

That's all, we get our pudding out of shape and serve it to the table!

  Rice Pudding with Apple

Bon Appetit!

Respectfully,

Caring for the health of their beloved child, mothers try to cook only healthy children's dishes. Of course, such a menu is very limited. And in order to somehow diversify the diet of crumbs, it is worth paying attention to puddings for children. Some of them can be cooked even for babies. So how to cook pudding for a child?

Manna Pudding for Kids

Semolina pudding is the most classic version of the dish. Surely, for many of us, our mother cooked it for breakfast in childhood. It is quite possible to use this recipe for making pudding for a one-year-old child.

  • water - 150 ml;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 10 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • breadcrumbs - 5 g;
  • salt to taste.

Cooking

From semolina, milk and water, cook porridge for 4 minutes, then let it brew for about 10 minutes. After adding butter, beaten egg and sugar to the porridge, stir. In a mold greased with butter and breadcrumbs, spread the semolina mixture and bake for about 25 minutes.

Curd pudding for children

Indulge the crumbs with delicious and healthy curd pudding.

Milk Pudding for Kids

  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 50 g;

Put the future pudding in a greased form and bake in the oven for 5 minutes.

Chocolate Pudding for Kids

This dish will fit perfectly into the festive menu, because the kids love chocolate. However, like their mothers! It is recommended to use this pudding recipe for children from 3 years old, since chocolate can cause allergies.

  • chocolate - 50 g;

Ingredients:

  • sour cream 20% fat - 200 gr.
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 0.5 cups
  • flour - 3 tbsp
  • vanillin - a pinch
  • lemon (or rather, its zest)

Introduce sour cream, flour and vanillin into the sweet egg mixture (vanilla sugar can be used instead).

Add lemon zest and mix thoroughly.

It’s good to cook and serve such pudding in batches — fill the baking tins, greased with butter, with the resulting mass (you can safely fill to the top, since the pudding will not rise much during baking).

Put in a suitable large form, fill it with water so that it reaches up to 1/3 of the height of the molds. Bake in already warmed up to 200 gr. about 20-25 minutes. Cool ready-made cream pudding and serve to the table, pouring jam or jam.

Beat proteins and 70 g of sugar in a thick foam and mix with the rest of the mass.

Grease the baking dish with oil, put ½ part of the dough into it, sprinkle with almonds and a grated biscuit on top and shift into slices of peaches. Place the rest of the dough on top.

Steam the sweet for 40 minutes.

Drain the water from the raisins and add to the cereal with chopped apple and carrots.

Now this “porridge” needs to be mixed with flour, milk and egg yolk.

Beat the protein with a mixer in a strong foam and carefully introduce into the prepared mixture.

Grease the baking tins with vegetable oil and fill with the resulting mass.

Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. A healthy whole grain cereal pudding is ready!

With a whisk or with a blender, beat eggs, butter and a mixture of honey with cinnamon until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the prepared semolina and mix again.

Grease the molds with butter and fill them with ready-made semolina pudding. Put the filled molds in the refrigerator until hardening for 2 hours.

Ready pudding can be poured with berry sauce directly in the mold, or knock over the pudding on a plate.

Recipe 2: Berry Pudding for Kids

This dish is also not subject to heat treatment, and therefore retains useful properties. A feature of berry pudding for children is a large number of berries, and therefore the dessert is not only tasty, but also healthy.

Ingredients Required:

  • White bread crumb 300 grams
  • Berries (red and black currants, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries) - 500 grams
  • Water 200 ml
  • Sugar
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon

Cooking method:

  1. Prepare a pudding mold - it can be an enameled pan or a deep bowl. Put the bottom and its walls with bread. To do this, separate the crust and cut the crumb into thin slices of 1-1.5 centimeters. Lay the bread tightly, taking care not to leave gaps. After laying bread, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Prepare the berries. Wash them gently, transfer to a pan and pour a glass of clean water to them. Bring the water to a boil and add sugar to the berries. When mixing, try not to crush the berries with a spoon - they should remain intact and only give a little juice. Let the berries cook in this way for 8-10 minutes. Cool the berry mixture.
  3. Put the berries in a mold on the bread. Having finished to the top, cover the berries with bread - so the crumb should form a kind of carapace, inside which the berries will be.
  4. Put the pudding in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours. During this time, the berries will soak the dessert with juice, make the bread soft, juicy and fragrant. After this period of time, remove the pudding from the refrigerator, cover the form with a plate and turn the pudding over so that the bread is soaked on top. Place the pudding again in a cold place for 3-4 hours.
  5. Serve dessert by chopping it and sprinkling with powdered sugar.

  2. Detail half of the chocolate bar into small pieces.
  3. Once the porridge has cooled, beat the eggs into it, add the crushed chocolate and add the cocoa. Mix well.

  5. Turn the finished pudding into a plate and cool it to room temperature. Melt the half of the chocolate and pour it over the dish.
  6. Put the children's pudding in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours, after which you can serve it.
  1. In order not to destroy the delicate structure of the pudding, do not rush to shift it from the mold onto the plate, let it cool to room temperature.
  2. To make the finished dish look even more appetizing, do not forget about decorations - candied fruits, chocolate chips, pieces of marmalade or marshmallows will make pudding for children even more attractive.
  3. If you are preparing pudding for children, do not put a lot of sugar. Children very quickly get used to the sweet “drug” and want it more and more. Better make the dish more flavorful by adding vanilla or cinnamon to it.
