Ingredients:

  • buckwheat - 300 g;
  • boiling water - 0.6 l;
  • drumsticks - 6 pcs.;
  • pepper, salt;
  • onion - 1 small head;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves.

Cooking method:

  1. Rinse the cereal. In a deep bowl, pour boiling water over it, seasoning with salt and pepper. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

  • garlic - 4 cloves;

  • thyme - 1 tsp

  1. Crush garlic, pour juice squeezed from lemon. Mix these ingredients with thyme, mustard, pepper, salt.

Remember how chicken legs began to appear in our markets for the first time? Then it was surprising to us what kind of tender meat they had, these chicken legs became an inapplicable attribute of all holiday tables, since they seemed to us a delicacy. Then they got tired, tired. But more recently, or rather - at Christmas - I so wanted to cook chicken drumsticks according to an old, good, proven and reliable recipe that I had never failed in terms of taste.

Chicken drumsticks, cunningly cooked, will be really tasty, fragrant, tender, juicy. Some housewives simply fry these legs in a frying pan, but for digestibility I advise a more advanced cooking process. Shanks are made in two counts: an equal amount of salt and ground black pepper are mixed. My chicken drumsticks, plucked, dried (get wet with a paper towel).

We rub each drumstick with a mixture of pepper and salt and put it in a heated vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry slowly, turn the legs so that they are beautifully fried on all sides. You can also fry under the lid if the oil splashes heavily. Put the fried drumsticks into a cast iron (or any pan), pour a little water (so that it slightly covers the meat), add bay leaf and allspice peas.

You can also drain the fat from the pan in which the chicken was fried. Salt water is no longer necessary, just the salt that we rubbed the drumsticks well first. We cover the pan with a lid, put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat. An overly salty taste (if there is not enough water) can be corrected by adding water. Too lightly salted - add water to the broth. I didn’t have to add salt from the indicated propotions, and also make broth with them. According to this recipe, chicken legs are just awesome!

I often make chicken stock for soup and I have shanks. Then I cook for the second this awesome tasty dish. Bread-fried drumsticks are crispy. Inside, the juicy meat itself moves away from the bones and melts in the mouth. Yummy!

  • 4 boiled chicken drumsticks;
  • 1 large or 2 small eggs;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • 2 tsp seasonings for chicken;
  • ground black pepper;
  • ground paprika (optional).

Boil the chicken drumsticks.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with 2 tsp. seasoning for chicken. Pour breadcrumbs onto a flat plate.

Flavor the shins with much black pepper and paprika. First, dip the meat into the egg mixture. Then roll well in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Spread crispy drumsticks on a paper towel. Done! It turned out simply and quickly.

Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Balsamic Vinegar

Thanks to the quick roasting of the chicken and then the slow stewing, the meat acquires an amazing softness. I recommend to try it!

  • 8 pcs chicken drumsticks;
  • 1 tsp garlic powder;
  • 1 tsp dried basil;
  • 1/2 tsp salts;
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper;
  • 2 tsp dried onions;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock;
  • 2 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar.

Wash and dry the chicken drumsticks with a paper towel. In a small bowl, combine dried garlic, basil, salt, pepper and dried onions. Lubricate the marinade with chicken on all sides. Leave for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry the drumsticks on both sides.

Then pour in balsamic vinegar, broth and add chopped garlic cloves. Cover the pan, reduce heat to a minimum and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve with buckwheat porridge or rice. Bon Appetit!

Cooking chicken drumsticks with peaches - recipe with photo

A delicious combination of poultry and fruit in hot spices. The sweetness of peach and spices give a unique taste to simple chicken legs.

  • 4 things. chicken drumsticks;
  • 4 halves of canned peaches;
  • 1 cup peach syrup
  • a pinch of curry to taste
  • ground sweet pepper
  • black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. l butter
  • 1 PC. anise with an asterisk;
  • 4 things. cloves;
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley.

Prepare peach syrup marinade, 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil, lemon juice. Take a pinch of salt, curry and black pepper.

Wash and dried chicken pieces in a container and fill with marinade. Throw 1 star anise and cloves. Close the lid of the container and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove from the marinade and pat the shins with a paper towel. Remove anise and cloves from the marinade. Fry the drumsticks in a pan with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.

When the meat is browned on both sides, pour over the remaining marinade and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat. The chicken should become very soft, and the sauce should be evaporated by half.

Put a slice of butter for flavor. Salt to taste, if necessary.

Put the peaches in half and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Let it all go dark under the lid for a few minutes and turn off the heat.

For each tibia piece, 1 half of the peach is accounted for. For a side dish, best cook boiled rice.

How to make drumsticks with cream sauce

To get this tasty dish, prepare in advance:

  • 700 gr of chicken;
  • 150 ml cream or sour cream;
  • 60 ml of vegetable oil for frying;
  • salt + ground black pepper and other spices (at your discretion);
  • greenery.

Dry the shins thoroughly washed in clean water and dry with a paper towel. And after we add them a little. Separately, pour cream / sour cream into a not very large container, salt to taste and season with spices. Freshly chopped greens are also added here. Mix all the components of the sauce well.

Spread the drumsticks in a pan with well-heated vegetable oil. Fry until golden brown. After, top them with creamy sauce. Reduce the flame to medium and cover the dish with a lid.
  Cook the chicken for about 15 minutes. During this time, the meat should absorb the sauce. I advise you to periodically look under the cover. If you leave the product on the stove and focus only on the cooking time, the chicken may burn. We lay the finished chicken on a plate, you can chop it with chopped greens on top.

Fry drumsticks with mayonnaise in pastry

The recipe for this fragrant dish is as follows:

  • 9 pcs. lower legs;
  • packaging dough puffless yeast (it is better to take 0.5 pounds);
  • 180 gr hard cheese;
  • 80 ml of mayonnaise;
  • salt + ground black pepper;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • a couple of chicken eggs.

Dough must be thawed in advance and cut into strips 2-3 cm wide. Then roll it out - do not make it too thin. Rinse and dry the legs well. Salt and pepper them. Chop the garlic with garlic presses. Combine the mayonnaise with garlic and spread the meat with this aromatic mixture. Soak chicken for half an hour in this mixture - during this time, the shins are saturated with marinade.

Cut the cheese into small cubes (cm per cm). Carefully separate the skin from the meat, but you do not need to completely separate it (5-7 cm is enough). Place cheese under the skin. In each drumstick, shove 3-4 pieces from different sides.

Then wrap the chicken with a strip of dough as if you were wrapping the leg with a bandage. Start winding from the bottom, smoothly going up. Lubricate the dough on top with a beaten egg.

Pour oil into a skillet and heat it. Place the “bandaged” drumsticks in a bowl and fry them over low heat until a golden crust appears. Then put the chicken on a baking sheet, pour a little oil on top, on which the legs were cooked in a frying pan. Place the pan in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.

  It is prepared simply, but it turns out indescribably tasty. Shanks prepared according to this recipe can be eaten as an independent dish or served with fresh vegetables. Delicious chicken drumsticks with sour cream in a pan

Take:

  • 6 pcs lower legs;
  • 3 tbsp sour cream 15%;
  • 1.5 tsp curry;
  • 6 pcs cloves of garlic;
  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 1 tsp oregano;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • water
  • salt + freshly ground black pepper.

Drain the washed chicken. Cut the garlic peeled into 4-5 slices and pierce holes in the meat with a knife. We stuff the drumsticks with garlic. Then we take ½ tsp. curry and crush the meat on top. Also pepper the chicken. Then coat the legs with a mixture of mayonnaise with salt. Leave the lower leg marinated for a third of an hour.

Pour the oil into a heated frying pan and calcine it. We spread the tibia here, on top we cover the dish with a lid. We reduce the flame of fire, making it slightly smaller than average. Mix sour cream with oregano seasoning and the rest of the curry seasoning. As soon as the chicken is fried on one side, turn it over to the other side and fill it with sauce. Add a little water to the dish and simmer the dish for about 10 minutes. And then eat for health! 🙂

Another delicious marinade I tried was soy sauce with sugar. An interesting combination of salty and sweet. So often pickle meat in Asia.

How to make flour breadcrumbs of chicken drumsticks

For this savory dish you will need:

  • 3-4 pcs. chicken drumsticks;
  • 100 ml of white wine;
  • olive oil;
  • aromatic herbs + salt + freshly ground black pepper;
  • 30 grams of butter;
  • 60 g of wheat flour.

We wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. Place the legs in a deep bowl and sprinkle with spicy grass. After salt and pepper the meat to taste. Next, pour the wine here.

  Mix the ingredients and put the chicken in the refrigerator for an hour. During this time, it is well saturated with marinade. Add salt and a little pepper. We take out the pickled legs from the refrigerator. We dry them with a kitchen paper towel and bread in flour. Only do not try to pour the marinade: it will still be useful to us.

Next, put the meat in a pan with hot oil and fry on high heat for several minutes. During this time, the chicken legs are covered with a crispy appetizing crust. Just eat them too early, because inside they are still raw. Therefore, reduce the flame of fire, making it slightly less than average, and continue cooking. Remember to periodically turn the product over.

Separately, in a saucepan or a clean skillet, melt the butter and add the flour here. Pour marinade into this viscous sauce with a thin stream, stirring constantly. Boil the sauce that way for about 5 minutes, salt it, pepper and add aromatic herbs to your taste. Cover the pan with a lid and remove it from the heat. Leave the sauce to infuse for a quarter of an hour.

We spread the hot fried legs on a flat wide plate and pour the sauce. Yum-yum ... 🙂 By the way, you can serve this delicious treat with potatoes or other vegetables.

With tomato sauce

List of ingredients that you will need:

  • kilo of tibia;
  • 6 pcs cloves of garlic;
  • 350 gr tomato;
  • a bunch of parsley;
  • sugar;
  • salt + oregano + freshly ground black pepper.

The washed chicken legs are thoroughly wiped with a paper kitchen towel. Peel the garlic and cut into large pieces.

  We fill them with shins under the skin. We add chicken and sprinkle with spices on top. We heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Then we reduce the flame of fire to the smallest and lay the chicken legs in the bowl. We will fry them from all sides for about a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, prepare the legs, fill the tomatoes with freshly boiled water, then pull them out and remove the skin. Cut the tomato pulp into 4 parts, place in a blender bowl and grind it into a puree mass using this unit. Slightly sugar, salt and add a pinch of oregano.

Pour the drumsticks in tomato sauce and bring it to a boil over high heat. As it boils, reduce the flame of fire to medium and cook the sauce for a couple of minutes. Then remove the dish from the fire. Serve the finished legs with gravy with any suitable side dish, in your opinion. Sprinkle the dish with chopped parsley on top.
