Cooking:

1. Put the water on the stove, bring to a boil, salt, about half a tablespoon. Dip the pasta into boiling water and cook until tender.

2. Break eggs into a deep cup. Grate cheese 100 g on a coarse grater and send to the eggs. The remaining cheese will sprinkle the casserole on top. Add salt at the tip of a teaspoon, you can slightly more or less, according to your taste. Note that cheese is also usually salty.

Ingredients:

For 4-6 servings you will need:

  • Pasta of your choice - 400g
  • Bacon - 100 g
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Mozzarella and Parmesan - 100-150g
  • Mashed Tomatoes - 150-200g
  • Salt, sugar, pepper

Cooking:

1. Set the water to heat for pasta. While the water is warming, we will make the sauce.

2. Cut the bacon. Cooked - smoked is best suited.

3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan. When the oil warms up, put the bacon there. Let’s stir and let fry.

4. While the bacon is fried, chop the onion finely, the finer the better, and send it to the bacon.

If you don’t find such a product in stores, you can just use mashed tomatoes, but adding salt, sugar, a little vegetable oil, maybe even lemon juice or wine vinegar. Make this mixture to your liking.

8. Periodically stir our mixture in a pan. Taste it. You may want to make it hotter or to add salt, or make it acidic.

9. Pasta cooked. Drain the water through a sieve. Spread pasta in a pan with sauce.

10. Mix everything and put in a baking dish.

11. Cover pasta with mozzarella cheese, which can be chopped, well, or chopped, in medium pieces. If there is no mozzarella, take another soft cheese. But it’s best suited to this dish, namely mozzarella.
