It is best to eat these salads fresh, as after standing for a while, they lose their unique taste and charm. But the main advantage that these salads have, as well as - they complement well the festive table and the daily menu.


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 1 pc.
  • canned pineapple - 1 can
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 150 gr
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Cooking method:

First, boil the chicken breast and egg until tender. Then cut the chicken into small pieces and spread the first layer in a deep bowl. And grease it with mayonnaise.



Then spread the thinly sliced \u200b\u200bpineapple.


Sprinkle with grated hard cheese on top of a coarse grater.


And again, lubricate with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage - 300 gr
  • sweet red pepper - 1 pc.
  • apples - 2 pcs
  • chicken fillet - 200 gr
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • natural yogurt - 130 ml
  • dijon mustard - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp. l
  • mustard honey - 15 gr
  • salt and pepper to taste.

We wash all the vegetables and fruits in the water, after which the leaves of cabbage are chopped into thin strips



Then peel the garlic, knead it with a knife and fry in a pan in vegetable oil. Now we take this garlic out of the pan, and in it we put the chopped small pieces of chicken fillet and bring them over medium heat to a light golden color, while stirring occasionally.


Now that the chicken is ready, shift it to the rest of the products, add yogurt, mustard, honey, salt, pepper to taste and mix thoroughly.


The salad is ready, serve it!

Chicken breast and champignon salad


Ingredients:

  • champignons - 0.5 kg
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • chicken breast - 1 pc
  • cucumber - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • pickled corn - 1 can
  • vegetable oil - for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

First of all, boil the chicken and eggs. In the meantime, they are preparing, we need to peel and chop the mushrooms, then fry them in a pan in vegetable oil. Peel the onion and fry until golden brown.


My cucumber and cut into a small cube. Boiled chicken and egg are also shredded in small squares.



Then we combine all the chopped products in a salad bowl, add a can of canned corn without liquid, do not forget to salt, pepper and season with mayonnaise. We mix everything well and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

  Original salad with chicken breast and prunes


Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 200 gr
  • prunes - 8-10 pcs.
  • walnuts - 50 gr
  • parsley - a bunch
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemon - 1/2 pcs
  • mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken, then let it cool and cut into small cubes.


We wash the prunes in warm water and cut it into strips.


Then chop the walnuts, herbs and garlic. We shift all the chopped ingredients into a deep bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise.

  Salad with Chicken Breast, Fresh Cucumbers and Egg


Ingredients:

  • Smoked Chicken Breast - 200 gr
  • 4 eggs
  • canned corn - 1 can
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp. l
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • parsley - bunch.

Cooking method:

We prepare all the necessary products that we need for cooking. Boil eggs, cool and clean. Wash and clean cucumbers with onions.

First cut the onion into small cubes, put it in a plate, add vinegar and pour boiling water so that it is completely covered with water.


Now open the jar of corn, drain the liquid from it and transfer to a deep bowl. Grind chicken into small pieces and transfer to corn.


Next, cut a small cube of cucumber and the same size of the egg. We wash the pickled onions in cold water and combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with mayonnaise, if necessary, salt and mix thoroughly.


We put it in the refrigerator and let it brew for one hour. Then we treat our relatives and friends.

  How to make a salad with chicken breast and corn


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 250 gr
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • canned corn - 1 can
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l
  • parsley - 1 sprig
  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

Boil the chicken and eggs, then let them cool slightly. Finely chop the chicken and remove to the side.

We clean the eggs and finely chop two of the three with a special egg cutter or knife. First, wash the cucumber, and then cut into thin strips.

Open canned corn, drain all the liquid from it, and transfer the corn itself to a bowl. There we add all the chopped ingredients, salt to taste and put the mayonnaise.


Mix everything thoroughly, put it in a salad bowl, decorate with an egg cut into three parts along the length, parsley leaves and put in the refrigerator to cool. Then serve to the table.

  Chicken and Mushroom Salad


Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breast - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • egg - 3 pcs.
  • pickled champignons - 250 gr
  • hard cheese - 300 gr
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr

  • salt to taste.

Cooking method:

The first step is to cook chicken and potatoes until cooked. Meanwhile, while they are preparing, wash the carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Fry it lightly in a pan in vegetable oil.


Now peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings, transfer it to a pan for carrots and fry until cooked.


Then, after the boiled chicken has cooled, we cut it into small squares.


Now we are going to assemble the salad and for this we need to take a salad bowl or a deep bowl and lay the chicken slices with the first layer, which we grease with mayonnaise.


The next layer spread frying from vegetables.


Now, if the potatoes have not yet been peeled, peel them, rub them on a coarse grater, put them on top of the roasting and pour them with mayonnaise.

And for family dinner, these recipes are sometimes useful. Everything is prepared simply, no need to be a chef. In fact, there are several subtleties. First, cook the chicken whole, in large pieces. So it will turn out more tender and juicy, in contrast to separately prepared pieces.

Secondly, the breast before cooking or frying can be marinated in spices. Here you can already use everything you want. Minimum - ground black pepper. Brush the fillet with spices and a small amount of vegetable oil (the oil will help the aromas to get as deep as possible into the fibers).

Thirdly, it is necessary to lay the boiled meat in boiling water. If frying, put in a well-heated pan. Thus, the top layer of protein will immediately curl up, as the cook says, is sealed. And it will not let too much juice flow out. The chicken will turn out soft and not dry.

Optionally, you can add bay leaf and peppercorns to the water.

Fourth, it is better not to salt immediately, but in the middle of cooking. It is also associated with internal juice. Salt is known to attract liquids. And in order to save more of this liquid in the middle of the chicken, do not put salt immediately.

Fillet is tender meat and it cooks pretty quickly. Enough 30 minutes of cooking for full readiness. But still it is better to try what happened, because the bird can be different. You need to cool the meat or in the same broth where it was cooked. It will take a lot of time. Or take out a piece and put it in a separate container, covering it with a lid.

If left to cool open, there is a risk of making the breast too dry.

Here are all the main points, knowing which you will cook a delicious fillet for your salads.

A simple salad recipe with smoked chicken breast, fresh cucumber and eggs

This is a very simple salad recipe. There is no need to lay out the layers, just cut the food and mix. First you only need to boil the eggs. And also do it if you want (this is done very quickly, in 5 minutes).

Ingredients:

  • smoked chicken breast - 350 gr.
  • fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • hard boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • mayonnaise, salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking method:

1. Especially nothing to paint. Take the chicken breast, you do not need to cook it, it is already ready. Slice the smoked meats into strips and fold them into a deep bowl.

If you do not eat smoked food, you can use boiled meat.

2. Cut hard cheese into thin strips, do the same with cucumbers. Put everything together.

3. Chop the eggs into a cube, chop the green onion finely.

5. Stir all the ingredients and try if there is enough salt.

6. If all is well, put the resulting dish in a salad bowl and can be served. Cucumber is very useful here, it adds freshness to this hearty salad. That's so simple and fast you can feed guests and households.

Salad with Chicken Breast, Corn and Pickles

The combination of corn and chicken breast is just perfect. To these two main components, you can add other products that will give new shades of taste. I propose to cook a puff salad with vegetables and poultry. At the festive table is a great option.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 170 gr.
  • boiled chicken fillet - 200 gr.
  • onions - 80 gr.
  • pickled cucumbers - 150 gr. (can be replaced with pickled mushrooms)
  • corn - 1/2 cans
  • carrots - 120 gr.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 100-120 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Potatoes and carrots need to be boiled in a peel. Then cool in cold water.

To keep vegetables as healthy as possible, throw them in salt boiling water. It is better to cook everything in separate pots.

2. Eggs - hard boiled (after boiling water for 8 minutes). Cook the chicken until cooked. How to do this correctly, I wrote at the beginning of the article.

3. Cut onion into small cubes, put in a small bowl and pour boiling water. Leave on for 5 minutes to let the bitterness go away.

4. Grate eggs and carrots on a fine grater, and potatoes and pickles on a coarse grater. Put everything on different plates. If there will be a lot of liquid in the cucumbers, it must be slightly squeezed out so that the salad does not float later in the puddle.

5. It is better not to chop the chicken fillet (although it can be so), but to divide it into fibers. This can be done simply by hand or with a knife / fork.

6. When everything is chopped, you can collect the salad. The first layer will be grated potatoes. Put it on the bottom of the plate and flatten. Lightly salt.

7. Put onion on top (drain all the water from it first). Apply mayonnaise mesh. If the mayonnaise is in store, make a small incision in the corner of the packet and the sauce will be squeezed out with a thin thread. put in a bag and also make a small slot in the corner.

8. With a silicone spatula (it is much more convenient to work with it than with a spoon), smear the sauce in the onion, gently ramming the vegetables to get a dense “pillow” for the rest of the products.

9. The third layer - pickled cucumbers, on which you need to apply a mesh of mayonnaise. This time you do not need to smear it.

10. The fourth layer is chicken breast fibers. Put mayonnaise on them and with a spatula, smear well on top and side, giving the shape of a cake.

11. The fifth layer will be corn, on which you need to apply a little bit of mayonnaise on top with a net.

12. And finally put the carrots on top. It needs to be smoothed, as shown in the photo.

13.Now decorate the salad festively and beautifully. Apply mayonnaise to the carrots in a circle, leaving the center free. Spread the sauce and spread the grated eggs on top. Also cover the sides of the dishes with eggs. With a spatula, carefully pick and smooth everything.

How to cook a salad with chicken, pineapple and mushrooms?

I have already written for you three recipes for making salad with chicken and pineapple. Now I’ll write another option that is more suitable for a festive table. Preparing (excluding cooking meat) this masterpiece in literally 5 minutes. We start cooking.

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - 500 gr.
  • pickled mushrooms - 230 gr.
  • pineapples - 230 gr.
  • walnuts - 100 gr.
  • hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • mayonnaise - 150 gr.

Cooking:

1. Throw the mushrooms in a colander so that the glass is all liquid. You can even get wet with a paper towel.

2. Boil the chicken fillet, cool and cut into a small cube. Fold in a large cup in which it will be convenient to mix everything.

3. Pineapples take immediately slices. If only washers are available, cut them. Drain the fruit.

4. Add champignons and pineapples to the chicken. Dry the nuts slightly in a dry frying pan, so they will be tastier than raw ones. Only you need to constantly stir, do not move away so that they do not burn out. With a rolling pin, go through the kernels and chop them.

To keep less trash, put the nuts in a bag and push them through a rolling pin with a rolling pin.

5. Pour the nuts into the total mass, season the salad with mayonnaise and mix until smooth. It is not necessary to salt it, because the sauce, chicken, mushrooms are already quite salty.

4. Also add the beans with which you want to drain all the liquid, and crackers. Salt a little salad and season it with mayonnaise.

If you want, you can make sour cream sauce with mustard, lemon juice, salt and sugar.

2. Cut the meat into cubes or strips, it doesn’t matter; do as it is more convenient.

3. Cucumbers must be chopped into small strips. To do this, first cut them into circles. Next, stack a few round pieces in a pile and make a straw out of them.

4. Cheese and eggs on a coarse grater in separate containers.

5. Now everything is prepared, you can start assembling. Put half the fillet at the bottom and make a mayonnaise net on top.

So that the salad is not dense, but airy, the layers do not need to be tamped. It is better not to spread the sauce with a spoon, but apply it with a pastry bag.

6. Next, put half of the cucumbers and also flavor with mayonnaise.

8. The fourth layer is 1/2 cheese + mayonnaise.

9. Now repeat the layers in the same sequence: chicken - cucumbers - eggs - cheese. Naturally, do not forget to apply the mesh. The topmost layer of cheese no longer needs to be lubricated.

2. Cut hard cheese and chicken breast into a small cube.

3. Pour the pineapple juice, cut them into slices. Put everything in a common container.

4. Refill with mayonnaise, mix and everything! This is a mega-fast way to make a delicious salad in 10 minutes. In it, all tastes are harmoniously combined. Prepare this appetizer and get a festive mood!
