That's what, and few people refuse canapes with red and black caviar at a banquet! In today's article, we will provide two canapé recipes of your choice, but both are proven and delicious. You already know exactly what canapes are, since you came to read this article. These are miniature sandwiches with various seafood, meat products and vegetables. Canapes can be cooked with anything, the main thing is to adhere to the most basic rule: “canapes with black and red caviar must be small. The size of one canapé should be such that the guest can immediately put it in his mouth and eat it. " It is not necessary to pierce each miniature sandwich with skewers. The main thing is that the skewers lie next to each other on the festive table. Then the guest himself will choose a snack and poke it. After all, perhaps the invited person will like it and first of all he will decide to taste them.
As already mentioned above, today we will prepare two types of canapés. On white bread croutons with watsabi and gray bread croutons with grated cheese.

Ingredients for canapes with red and black caviar with wasabi:

  • White baguette (5 centimeters in diameter) - 1/2 pc.;
  • Butter - 70 g;
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp l .;
  • Watsabi mustard - 1 tbsp l .;
  • Red caviar - 2 tbsp l .;
  • Black caviar - 2 tbsp l.

How to make canapes with black caviar and red toast:

1. If you could only imagine how delicious canapes on white bread croutons are. And especially when these tiny croutons are cooked in extra virgin olive oil. But for the taste to be refined and refined, you need to cut the baguette very thinly. The pieces of bread for this recipe are 2 millimeters thick.
Advice: if you don't have a thin baguette, then regular bread can be used. But in this case, you will need to cut out tiny figures from the bread using cookie cutters.

2. Take a pastry brush and brush the pan with olive oil. We use a brush in order to distribute the oil evenly, and so that there is no excess fat, but we lubricate it in advance so as not to spoil the brush on the hot surface of the pan. Then put the pan on the fire, heat it up a little and fry the pieces of baguette on a hot surface on both sides. As you can see in the photo, the bread has acquired a light brown hue, and the taste you can feel that the croutons have become crunchy like.

3. After the bread is removed from the pan, it must be put to cool on a wooden board or paper towel.

These surfaces are best at absorbing excess oil.

Spread some butter on the cooled croutons, put a little red or half a teaspoon of black caviar and garnish with a drop of watsabi on top. Believe me, the taste of watsabi will make canapes with red and black caviar on white bread croutons - amazingly tasty.
Now let's prepare another delicious canapes, only this time on gray bran bread and with cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Gray bran bread (preferably a baguette) - 1 roll;
  • Tomato - 1 pc.;
  • Hard cheese - 70 g;
  • Butter - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Dill greens - 3 branches;
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tsp;
  • Classic mustard - 1/2 tsp;
  • Creamy soft cheese - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Red and black caviar - 2 tbsp. l.

How to cook canapes with red and black caviar on croutons with cheese:

1. As in the first appetizer, cut the bread as thin as possible. Since a baguette made from such dough is practically not on sale, shape the bread into any shape with a knife or cookie cutters.

2. Now we cook the croutons in butter, but not by greasing the pan. Place a small piece on each piece of bread. Then place the greased side of the bread in the skillet.

3. Grate the cheese and chop the tomato very finely as in the cheese recipe.

4. In one bowl, combine grated cheese, finely chopped dill, cream cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. After you mix the resulting mass, you can put 1/2 teaspoon on each cooled toast.

Garnish the canapes with caviar and herbs.

You can serve canapes with red and black caviar on the festive table in different dishes. But it is better to choose an oblong dish and lay the snacks alternately with a different color of caviar.
