For cooking you will need:

  • Zucchini - 3 pcs.
  • Garlic - 5-8 cloves
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Sour cream (10-15%) - 250 g

Cooking:

1. My vegetables, cut from two sides and cut into rings about 1 cm thick.

2. In a deep plate, mix the flour with salt. In this case, usually 1 teaspoon of salt is taken per 1 cup (200 ml) of flour. And in this mixture we roll the zucchini on both sides.

  • Young zucchini - 2-3 pcs.

  • Eggs - 1-2 pcs.
  • Flour - 3-4 tbsp.
