I will not describe in detail, while I just throw up the idea for a holiday in the office. The most important thing - small size, also for “one bite”.

Not far from the main table should provide a table on castors or a tray for used dishes.

- Symmetrically from the middle of the table are snacks, salads, hot, fruit slices, desserts and other dishes. Its edges should be left free so that guests can place their full plates on them. As an option, you can consider several tables for a buffet: separately - with snacks, separately - with drinks, separately - with clean dishes.

- It is better to choose light dishes for the buffet, and preferably white. The decoration of the buffet table is not dishes, but what is in it.

- Around the room or next to small coffee tables, you need to arrange several places for sitting: stools, folding chairs, pouffes. It is also desirable that the room was at least one sofa. Not every guest in the evening can eat while standing, but you need to take care of everyone.

Serving a buffet table is also not the easiest thing, but if you work hard and arm yourself with some ideas, you can independently come up with and arrange the appetizers for the buffet table:

- One of the main ways to serve dishes at the buffet is canapes or small sandwiches. Also, small sandwiches can be served on skewers. There are many recipes for such sandwiches, they are selected for main drinks.

- Tartlets are also popular at buffet receptions - dough baskets in which you can put different salads or snacks.

- Another way to serve snacks is tartinki. These are also small sandwiches such as canapes, but they are made on toasted bread.

- Meat delicacies, cheeses, vegetables and fruits are served at the receptions in the form of slices. This can be a regular cut, or a special decorative cut made in the form of hearts, stars, butterflies and other different shapes, as in the preparation of homemade cookies. Fruits can also be served on multi-tiered plates or in baskets.

Buffet cuts

For a buffet table for 10 people, it is enough to purchase two types of cheese, 250 grams each and 2-3 types of meat cuts with a total weight of one kilogram. You will need one kilogram of tomatoes and cucumbers, 5-6 pieces of bell pepper in different colors, a bunch of greens.

Liver Balls
