Ingredients:

  • salmon fillet - 1 kg.
  • honey - 3 tbsp. l
  • apple juice - 1 cup

  • olive oil

For quick cooking, preheat the oven to 200°   C. Mix 1 cup apple juice with 3 tbsp. l honey, bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Cut salmon into portions and put in a baking dish greased with olive oil.


Bake fish in the oven for 10 minutes. Then remove the salmon from the oven, salt, pepper and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on each side until a browned, glazed crust forms. When serving, sprinkle with lemon juice.

  Salmon in Ginger Marinade


This dish is also cooked very quickly, and ginger gives it a specific taste. Moreover, such a fish steak invariably turns out to be soft and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • salmon fillet - 1 kg.
  • ginger root is about 3-4 cm.

  • soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
  • sunflower, olive or sesame seedsoil

  • In a separate container for pickling, mix kefir, mustard, spices, garlic, passed through a press. Stir the wings and marinade thoroughly. Place the container with wings in a cold place for 4-5 hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Put the wings on a baking sheet, pre-lubricating it with vegetable oil.

Bake the wings until cooked. The approximate cooking time is 40-50 minutes. Turn the wings 1 time during cooking to avoid burning. Ready wings should have a delicious golden crust.

Important: the sauce must be prepared immediately before serving the wings.

  • Melt the butter in a bowl convenient for making the sauce. As soon as the oil has dispersed, add granulated sugar. Stir the mixture thoroughly until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • After boiling the mixture, reduce the intensity of the fire to a minimum. Then gently introduce the tomato paste (with constant stirring!). Add the chili sauce. The amount of hot sauce depends on your personal taste preferences. Be careful: the sauce should not boil!
  • Salt and pepper the sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Put the wings in the sauce and mix gently. Use a wooden spatula to mix, so as not to spoil the appearance of the wings.
  • Serve the dish hot.

  • feta cheese - 200 g,
  • mustard powder - 4-5 g,
  • salt, pepper - to taste,

  • about a kilogram of squid;
  • a glass of pure vodka;
  • frying oil;
  • three tablespoons of flour, plus a little to roll carcasses;
