As you remember, usually the test should be allowed to lie in a warm place in order to get to condition. This dough, due to the presence of cottage cheese in it, is prepared according to a completely different principle.

While the dough is cooling, we begin to prepare the filling. Spinach spread in a colander and sprinkle it with boiling water. Then squeeze out the excess water and finely chop.

The washed mushrooms are cut larger, fry a little in vegetable oil. We clean the garlic and onions, chop finely and pass until golden brown.

Add spinach, pepper, salt and add your favorite spices if you wish.

We divide the chilled dough into two parts, from each we roll out a circle and put it on a baking sheet, oiled. We grease the dough with ricotta cheese, in which you can pour basil and oregano. Next, spread the mushrooms and spinach. Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella cheese.

In the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
