But another surprise is a delightful dessert with pumpkin, cottage cheese and apples.

We will need these products:

  • soft curd cheese (for example, ricotta) - 500 g;
  • egg - 2 pcs;
  • semolina cereals - 2 tbsp.;
  • milk - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.;
  • pumpkin flesh - 400 g;
  • apples (better with sourness) - 3 pcs.;
  • raisins - 3 tbsp.;
  • salt - on the tip of the knife.

How to prepare pumpkin casserole with cottage cheese and apples:

Step 1. Wash and dunk raisins in water for swelling, as well as pour the milk and leave for swelling the semolina.

The other day in the store I bought a 4-kilogram pumpkin, so in the near future I'm going to prepare about 5-6 delicious dishes from it. Unfortunately, many underestimate or simply are not familiar with this valuable vegetable, but the pumpkin is not only delicious, but also very useful. Let the casserole cooked from cottage cheese with this wonderful orange vegetable will be the first pumpkin dish, which I will share with you.

Cut 400 grams of pumpkins and clean it from the peel.

In a deep dish, wechie cottage cheese with butter.
