Ingredients:
thin pita bread - 1 pc.;
minced meat (any, I have chicken) - 600 g;
fresh mushrooms (I have champignons) - 300 g;
onion - 1 pc;
fresh tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.;
eggs (1 pc. - for pouring, 1 pc. - for minced meat) - 2 pcs.;
cream 25% - 150 ml;
cheese - 100 g;
butter - 50 g;
salt, ground black pepper, herbs - to taste;
parsley - 1 bunch;
breadcrumbs - for sprinkling the mold.


Cut the onion into cubes and fry in butter until golden brown.
Three mushrooms on a grater and add to the onion. As soon as the mushroom juice begins to stand out, add the minced meat. Fry everything together until done. Salt and pepper. Let cool down.
When the minced meat has cooled completely, add the egg and chopped parsley to it. We lay out the pita bread on the surface, spread the filling on it in full length (which is longer).
Gently but quickly roll tightly into a roll. We cover the form (round) with parchment, grease with oil and sprinkle generously with breadcrumbs. We spread it in a container in which "Milena" will be cooked, naturally lubricating it with butter or vegetable oil beforehand. In the same way, we make the second roll (whoever gets how much) and fill the container. Beat eggs with salt and sour cream. We fill our twisted rolls.
