So, for starters, carrots and potatoes, to preserve more vitamins, boil in the peel. Cool in ice water, peel. Grate boiled carrots on a coarse grater. Do the same with potatoes.

Hard-boiled eggs, peel. Separately, on a medium grater, grate the yolk and white.

Wash the champignons, cut into small cubes, salt, add black pepper if desired. Fry in vegetable oil.
