This is one of my favorite foods. I warn you, men are unlikely to like it - for the most part they are big conservatives, but girls - that's it. These stuffed apples contain aroma, taste, sweetness, sourness, and again me-me-me-so. In general, I cook for myself quite often, and I advise you to do the same.

Ingredients:

How to bake stuffed apples in the oven

Dice the onion, grate the carrots and fry in vegetable oil. Mix the minced meat, half-cooked rice, salt and pepper. Wash the apples and cut out the middle. I usually cut out half - I like it when there are more apples, not toppings.

Fill the apples with minced meat with a coffee spoon, put all the stuffed apples on the bottom of the mold, pour in some oil and water and cover with a lid.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. In the middle of the baking process, open the lid slightly to evaporate the juice.

For example, you can cook stuffed apples - a rather rare dish, but undoubtedly delicious. In addition, baked apples are a healthy dietary product. You can make absolutely any filling for stuffed apples: from sweet (honey, chocolate, condensed milk) to original (salty-sweet or sour-sweet).

Stuffed apples with chocolate-nut filling

To prepare for one serving, you will need: a large apple, one slice of white chocolate, a slice of cheese, half a walnut. You can use any other nuts: hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios,.

Wash and dry the apples. Cut out the central part from the apples. If you do not have a special spoon with sharp edges, you can use a regular teaspoon and knife. Use a knife to cut the cone from the side of the stem, and scrape the core with the pulp and seeds with a spoon.

Prepare the filling: finely chop or grate cheese and chocolate. Fill each apple with half a nut (whole), cheese and chocolate. Place them in a greased baking dish. Send the apples to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Stuffed apples with chicken filling in a creamy sauce

For cooking you will need: 7-8 pieces of sweet and sour apples, 350 ml of milk, 500 g of chicken fillet, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, pepper, salt.

Boil chicken fillet until tender. Cool, and then chop finely. Melt the butter, add flour to it and mix well. Pour in milk a little later. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pepper, salt. Cook until the sauce thickens. Combine sauce and fillet. The filling is ready.

Cut off the top of each apple, remove the core and part of the pulp so that the walls remain 0.5 cm. Fill the apples with the filling, put in a baking dish. Place a piece of butter on top of each apple. Bake the apples at 180 ° C for 40 minutes. Serve the stuffed apples cold or hot.

Stuffed apples with curd filling

You will need: 6 apples, 130 g of cottage cheese, 60 g of nuts (walnuts or almonds), 2 teaspoons of butter (butter), 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 5 teaspoons of sugar, 2 egg yolks, 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar.

Wash and wipe the apples. Cut off the top of each apple and remove the core without cutting through the edges.

Prepare the filling. Pound cottage cheese and mix with sugar, melted butter and yolks. Add chopped nuts. Stir the filling and fill the apples with it. Put the stuffed apples in a baking dish and put in the oven at 180 ° C. Bake the apples until the desired degree of doneness is desired. The autumn time has come - the apples are ripe. This beautiful fruit is full of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to health. If someone doesn't have their own in their gardens, buy garden apples and cook them in the oven. Today I propose to evaluate my creation with a very original filling.

Apples with chicken filling

Ingredients:

  • medium sized garden apples - 8 pcs.,
  • boiled chicken meat - 400 g,
  • milk - 1 glass,
  • wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • ghee - 2 tbsp. spoons,
  • cheese - 200 g - optional,
  • salt,
  • pepper.
  • Cooking process:

    Let's start cooking stuffed apples with chicken. Lightly boil the chicken fillet in salted water, then cut into small pieces, put in a plate and cover with a plate or film so as not to wind. Set aside and take care of the apples.

    Rinse the apples well under running water and dry them. Then we cut off the top and take out the middle from the apples, as much as possible so that a sufficient amount of meat filling can be laid. Set aside the apple blanks and start cooking for the meat filling.

    To begin with, melt the ghee in a saucepan, add flour to it, mix and fry. Add milk to the fried flour in a trickle, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Salt, pepper and cook the milk sauce until thick.

    We take out the prepared chicken meat and mix with the sauce. The filling for stuffing apples is ready. We take a spoon and fill apples with it, on top you can put a piece of cheese.

    Put the prepared apples stuffed with chicken meat with sauce on a baking sheet, add a little water and put in a hot oven to bake for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

    When baked, stuffed apples will give their juice to chicken meat, fillet will be saturated with apple aroma and become tasty and juicy. We spread the baked apples in portions on plates, decorate at our discretion.

    Which apples are good for oven cooking?

    You can bake any fruit, but it's better autumn varieties(they have a hard skin, will not fall apart), medium size, since large ones take longer to bake. Solid Antonovka and Granny Smith, Simirenko and Macintosh are equally good - the key word is here “ solid“, They retain their shape when baked. Also, the rind can be removed before or after cooking.

    More tips:

    1. Peeled apples, or, as in our case, those with the core removed, darken, sprinkle with lemon juice or cook right away.
    2. Stuff not very tightly, leave 1 cm empty on top so that the filling does not leak out. The apple should have about the same (1.5 cm) thickness.
    3. Finished apples are easily pierced with a knife. The apples are very hot straight out of the oven, let them cool!
    4. Do not leave uneaten dessert on the table - put it in the refrigerator. There he will normally stand for 2-3 days.

    Oven-baked apple

    But this is already my favorite option - a soft and juicy apple goes well with a thin and crispy shortcrust pastry shell. Of course, it turns out a little more satisfying than in the classic version, however, a couple of extra calories are worth it!

    Ingredients

    • about 5-6 apples;
    • 2-3 st. l. thick red jam (cherry, currant, plum);
    • 100 g of high-quality butter;
    • a pinch of salt;
    • 100 g icing sugar;
    • 200 g flour.

    How to bake an apple in dough

    1. Chop ice cream butter with powder, salt and flour - chop quickly and finely. I use a food processor, but two knives do a pretty good job, too.
    2. We collect the dough into a ball, then divide it into 5-6 parts (depending on the number of apples), wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
    3. At this time, we wash and clean the apples, remove the core, moreover, we do it from the side opposite to the cutting (let it remain - it is more beautiful with it!). Put a little jam inside each apple.
    4. We take out the dough (one ball at a time), roll it into a round layer and wrap the apple with it, starting from the side of the "hole" with jam. Perhaps you will have very large fruits - then you can just make a "plate" in which to put the apple. I like this even more - eating three portions at once, I amuse myself with the illusion that there is not much dough in them, just a little!
    5. Put the apples in the dough in a baking dish and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about half an hour.

    Ready! Tasty, incredibly tasty when warm (with a scoop of ice cream - you will swallow your tongue!), Amazingly, incredibly crispy and juicy cold (with whipped cream - you will sell your homeland!).

    Double baked apple in the oven

    Delightful and delicate dessert, which is not a shame to serve on the festive table - it not only looks amazing, but also tastes magical!

    Ingredients

    • 6 apples;
    • half a lemon;
    • 50 ml cream;
    • a handful of nuts;
    • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
    • 1 yolk;
    • 2 cinnamon sticks.

    How to cook apples twice baked in the oven

    1. Peel 4 apples and cut them in half across. I recommend leaving the "tail" at the top half of the apple - this way the apple will look much more original and more fun.
    2. We take out the core with a special spoon or a sharp knife - make sure that you remove the membranes along with the seed capsule (it is very unpleasant when hard partitions come across in the tender pulp of baked apples).
    3. Put the halves together, put the apples in a baking dish. Add a little water (it should not cover the fruit by more than 1 cm) and put the apples in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
    4. Wash the remaining 2 apples, peel them, remove the core and rub on a medium grater. Mix with sugar, yolk and cream, add juice and zest of half a lemon. The filling is ready.
    5. We take the apples out of the oven, open them and place the bottom half in portioned serving rings that are suitable for baking in the oven. If you (like me) do not have such "happiness" yet, you can fold the foil several times and make rings of the required diameter from it.
    6. Fill with the filling up to the top cut of the ring, cover with the "lid" from the top of the apple and place in the same baking dish. Next, lay out cinnamon sticks and bake for another half hour at 180 degrees. From time to time we take the form out of the oven and pour the resulting juice.

    Tasty both hot and cold. Serve sprinkled with roasted and chopped nuts. Incredibly delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

    Pie with baked apples and chocolate filling

    Apples seem to be baked, but in the form of a pie! A magical recipe for fruit and chocolate lovers. Ideal for a large family tea party.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 glass of sour cream;
    • 2 tbsp. l. butter;
    • 1 cup of sugar;
    • 1 tsp soda;
    • 1/3 tsp salt;
    • 1.5 cups flour;
    • 5-7 small apples;
    • 1 bar of chocolate;
    • 3 tbsp. l. cream;
    • 100 g of shortbread cookies;
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

    Oven baked apple pie recipe

    1. The first step is to wash the fruit and peel it. If they are not very stable "stand" on the table, it is worth cutting off a little apple from the bottom. With the help of a special knife, it is necessary to remove the core, removing all the bones and films from the apple.
    2. We prepare a baking dish - cover it with paper and, if we don’t trust the quality of the parchment, lightly grease it with any oil.
    3. We spread, more precisely, we expose the apples - evenly distribute them over the entire form.
    4. Break the cookies into small pieces, quite small. Break the chocolate into pieces, add cream, heat in a microwave oven or in a water bath, pour into cookies, add cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
    5. Stuff apples with the resulting mass.
    6. Cooking the dough. Beat sugar and eggs, add melted butter. Separately mix sour cream, salt and soda, add to the egg mass. Sift flour, mix until smooth.
    7. Pour apples with the resulting dough and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for at least an hour. We check the readiness with a toothpick - make sure that it pierces the dough, not the apples. Due to the moisture in the apples, the cake takes longer to bake than usual, keep this in mind!

    When cutting the pie into portioned pieces, try to use a knife to cut the apple in half (the fruit is well guessed by the tubercles under the dough) - then on the cut you will get extraordinary beauty: yellowish sour cream biscuit, white apples, dark chocolate.

    About the benefits

    I will not list the vitamins and elements of the Periodic Table that the apple is rich in - it is boring and uninteresting, and so everyone knows that only a basket of fruits can be healthier than this fruit. They cleanse the body, fill it with usefulness, remove cholesterol, strengthen the immune system - all this and a bunch of other advantages turns the apple into an irreplaceable component of a healthy diet, however, in my opinion, this is not the main thing.

    It's tasty. Just taste-no-e, and that says it all! It’s unlikely that you will endlessly chew, for example, parsley root just because it is healthy. But you can eat apples - and almost endlessly. The final is determined solely by the moment when the apple supply runs out in the house. Reds and greens, yellows and oranges, small and large, tight and soft, sour and sweet, juicy and fleshy - the variety of options available to an apple is so great that everyone can please.

    The calorie content of a baked apple is 47 kcal.

    They say that when baked, this fruit is much better absorbed by the body. I completely believe - after baking, the hero of the day acquires the opportunity to improve metabolic processes, accelerates the elimination of any debris from the intestines and has a beneficial effect on the skin.
