How to cook correctly

The most common cooking method is boiling.

Moreover, there is no difference how to cook fresh mussels in shells and how to boil frozen ones.

In the latter case, you just need to either defrost the mollusk in advance, or take into account that it will take more time to cook.

By the way, mussels in shells are almost the only product that can be safely defrosted in water, this will not affect the taste, smell and quality in any way.

How to peel and boil mussels
